It used to take a long time to log in. I would also have to log on several times just to clock in because it would constantly kick me out as soon as it loaded. Now.... I can't get passed the log in screen at all.
PLEASE FIX THE FORCE CLOSE ISSUE! Since the new update yesterday my app is force closing everytime I login so I cant clock in for work! Which means I get in trouble. Thanks! Also you do realize we only make around $11/hr so I dont appreciate that it takes FOREVER to clock in and out. All for free. Every day. Sometimes it even changes the time to later for you so you have to stay even later!
I very disappointed. After the update the app keep closing out saying error. It's going on 2 weeks now. I email the developer, I even uninstall and reinstall the app 3 or 4 times and nothing. Please fix the problem.
Haven't been able to use app in 3weeks. Keep getting messages, something went wrong please try again later. It opens to sign in page, signs in, flashes up can clients page, flashes closed.
This app started off bad and has consistantly gotten worse!! Had to uninstall for the 6th time since initial install in August 2019- now it wont even show anything if I can open it at all once I reinstalled!! This app is garbage
Unreliable. Reloads & force closes constantly and fails to log clock in/outs. Currently it won't even get past the login screen and closes the app forcing me to use the old call in line.
this app is ok..since the update it cleared everything from log in info to pts on schedule. then it is loading and stuck on the start up screen while I'm seeing the patient. luckily the company showed in detail how to correct the issue
Works, but Santata customer service tales a hell of a long time to answer the phone as if there's only one person working there. The music while waiting is annoying.
this week has been the worstat first it wouldn't let me even log in. then the past two days says i have no schedule visits. i have more than 1client a day and a total of 3-4 a week. it is getting very confusing to keep straight where i am going and my clients name. i have to keep in constant contact with my job to have them clock me in and out. worst app i have ever used to click in and out.
this is the worst app!!! log in and I have no scheduled visits. tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing. even tried calling my job to see if they can help and they don't even have a clue on how to use this app.
I've been using this app for a while but here lately it's gave me nothing but problems when I try to clock in or out. Please fix the problem, it isn't just me having the problem. A lot of people from the company I work with are experiencing major problems with this app.
I installed the app, immediately it did not work, and then froze up my phone. Yeah, what us the point of that? Absolutely worthless. Uninstalled two minutes later. (rolls eyes)
This update stinks and im being nice. I updated and it cleared everything out, my clients, my scheduled visits. Im really NOT happy with the update. Its lucky to get 1 star, if they had a place for a negative star thats what it would get!
finally got this app to work again. i had to go to my settings and deregister device, uninstall it and then reinstall it. after all of that it started working right again.
This app is trash. Since the app updated to 4.6 I have no schedule visits no patients. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app & its still not uploading my schedule. This app deserves no stars but I have to pick a star in order to post my review
This app is very poor, it doesn't work sometimes and it is very slow to load. it will not even recognize your username and password sometimes like today I can't login to start my visit all day. now I have to contact my job to make sure I get pay
I can't use the app to clock in and out on my phone. Anytime try, the app is forced to stop. It started since last Wednesday, 11pm.
what happened that i can no longer sign in. cant see me client list. its medding with my moneyy!! why the company i work for is still using it is beyond me.... if this is an update. can you remove or reverse it? was working fine til now
This app is pretty scrappy don't know who developed this app but its so lacking. Its 2018 developers you need to step up your app and do better. I wouldn't pay for the service that is provided. Is this a kindergarten project ? Your messing with people's money here do better please !!!!
The app will open for a moment then disappear and say "A Error Has Occured" and close. This is causing problems with my schedule and my job.
hasn"t worked in weeks. i use this for my convience and my client. i hate this app!!! now i have to use her phone to click in and interupt her life.
Its a great experience of clocking from your phone. and, communicating with your supervisors.
Latest update has made the app unuseable for me. before update was able to sign into patient visits now it says I have no case load.
Hard to register info into the system as the app doesn't want to take it. Doesn't work.
I use the correct information that the director of the company gave me and it wouldn't accept it and I did this four times this app is horrible
App keeps crashing when I log in! It's super annoying!
Since the update i cant clock in . It takes a long time to even open then it only stays open for a second,then force closes and i get a error accrued messege. so i have to clock in a different way. I have even got a verbal warring from our office about my lack of clocking in and out correctly. It is very frustrating to get warned over something i had no control over .
