Sandbox Mobile App

There's not any reason this app needs my location all the time. While using the app yes. But when I'm sitting at home and the app has accessed my location every two to three minutes for 10 hours after I hit end shift and close the app out there's no sense in that. The app won't even let you access it without having location set to always allow this app to view your location. Just seems sketchy

App constantly has issues. Show departing from. Dropping box and request new load and next thing you know your back to arriving to unload. Keep having to Uninstaller and re-download. Also won't work offline at all and half these pads have no service so you have to find some where to stop and do everything after the fact, kinda promotes distracted driving!!

Since last update constantly says I'm offline even tho I have full service.... Also kills my battery fast. Not sure why location permissions had to be given for all the time instead of just when app is being used .... Has drastically screwed up my phone cause it constantly runs..... Needs to go back to the old style where when you exited I closed and wasn't running your location in the background

This app keeps popping up when I'm not using it and when I need it it doesn't work. I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it numerous time which is wasting my data. I would rate it a 0 of I could. They need to hire someone that can fix it cause whoever they have now isn't doing a good job.

The only way to get notified for a load is thru a small 15 min window. The app sometimes remains silent even though I have the notifications set to a custom ringtone & vibrate. Like similar sand dispatching apps you should include an automated phone call informing about a load. I've missed many loads because the way this app is designed & its buggy too. It will forget info u put in it like box numbers or forget you sent your loaded info, etc.

Doesn't allow you to access previous loads. When they send you a message to upload a document, you're not able to do it because the app doesn't allow you access to the location of the files where you're supposed to verify and/or upload required documents.

Sandbox App dept, do you read these reviews? Why don't you fix this app? 1. Does not ping constantly when you get a load. 2. Cannot take a pic through app to upload docs. 3. Constantly asking to update app, with no update available . 4. Restarts everytime you switch from another app back to this one. Please fix these problems! Many drivers have commented, yet nothing is done. Come on guys, we need this to work so we can do our jobs....

We need the ability to see our PO number and proppant that we are loading BEFORE we do a.m arrived at loading facility. This hinders our ability to know what lanes to get into when pulling up to the sand plant facility. I have granted permissions to the app for taking pictures etc but still have to take pictures with my camera and THEN upload them from gallery to the app.👎👎👎

It keeps closing and never wants to stop running. Drains battery because location services is always on. Needs to be able to be shut down completely.

Garbage. Buggy and expects drivers to constantly be looking at it for a load. Pd next gen is better. And has a calling feature that calls drivers with a recording saying check app. We are not machines.

Don't like the location for this app always on

The application does not notify you it has to be open and on that page for a notification to come through you have to be watching the screen constantly just to get your load dispatch you could miss it back I have missed them already do not like it because of

Uses way to much battery and storage. No way to change from internal memory to memory card! If I didn't need it, I wouldn't have it. Have to force stop after using...

You have to have the app open and constantly refreshing it in order to be notified of a new load. If not you'll receive the request too late or not at all and will miss the load.

fix the app so we can take pictures from the app and show our load info from the start of a new load request and it's also not downloading the pictures right and messing up fix the app so we can use it

Notifications doesn't shows up on time, doesn't sounds, that makes you loose loads.

The app is telling me I need to update it to continue using it. It will not give me the option to update. I've even tried to uninstall and reinstall and it keeps telling me to update. Now I am locked out of my account.

Notification alert doesn't always sound. Can't set a loud enough alert tone.

Constantly goes off line, makes me do things twice over and over

It's a very decent app for dispatching loads out and then people know what they need to be doing highly recommended

This App has to many bugs. If the bugs where fixed then it would be a good app.

the sound when the loads are available is toooooo low cant hear it missing on work, you basically have to keep youre eyes on youre phone 24/7 Fix it please

This app works good that only think it will make it better if you can add a friendly phone call remainder so we don't missed loads

cant upload pics from the app itself. have to take and upload from gallery

Don't always receive the message from night dispatch on app not visible on messages screen

Its asking for update and I cannot use the app until I updated but it will not let you update

App is a dinosaur. Too many bugs and glitches.

Have to unistall and install after every trip. Useless.
