Sandbox: Strategy & Tactics

I've played this for months and it's been working fine until a few minutes ago. I tried to open the app but it crashed and bring me back to my home screen. I've tried to clear the app's cache, force stop the app, and restart my phone. but nothing works. Need solution for this other than uninstall the app. I don't want to lose all my proggres

I like it. Nice balance between AI being not smart not dumb + multiple AI being slightly stronger than player. Army-vs-Army grind mixed with blitzkrieg fast movement in weakspots, while topology (how regions connect to each other) make different parts of map feel different. | The only downside - to progress you need to repeat same country in same situation, with same enemies and starting turns... Gets boring

Its a fun, time consuming game and i look forward to future updates. It would be great if maps were just a little bit bigger. My only problem is after your turn you can't skip the turns of other countries and it gets really laggy, it would be great if there was a skip button but overall its a great game.

The game doesn't seem to work. When I go to play it, it just says "resolution 960x480 is not supported." I remember playing this like 5 years ago or so and it worked, so I guess they just haven't updated it for more modern sized phones.

This game is good and I like it very much but in order to unlock some countries,more slots and more tasks you'll have to pay. You'll have to spend lots of money in order to fully play the game and not get bored by playing with the same countries and tasks.

This game rivals the classic war board games like Risk and Axis and Allies, not to mention that also rivals games like Age of Empires 2 and Hearts of Iron 4. Amazingly well done. The map is nice to look at, too.

The bug resolution is finally fixed and i thank you all for fixing it. Thank you devs, and can you make the map a little bit bigger? Anyways i got what i wanted.

Overall this is a very fun game but the fact that you have to pay for a good portion of things such as extra save slots is kind of a down side, this is not a console or PC game and the prices are a bit high, so if they made more stuff free then I believe they would get a lot more downloads, please consider this.

This is probably the best strategy game on mobile, yet it has worse reviews, I think It is the best since it is playable without microtransactions and fun too.

Hello, I have encountered a major issue attempting to load my synchronized save. After connecting to Google Play and after selecting "download data from server" it instead only loaded the single game I had played before connecting. I am confident I am using the correct account due to the amount of achievements present, and that I have downloaded the correct synchronized save before on a different device in 2018. Is there any way to recover the correct synchronized save from years ago? Thanks.

The game is really fun, however I would suggest a feature that allows you to request peace and/or an alliance with different nations, and break alliances as well. This game has potential, I hope that is implemented. Also, two extra features I think would be cool. First, I wish the game allowed you to play even after you've successfully conquered all the countries, sometimes it's fun just to build up or achieve a certain development. Secondly, I think a PVP game mode would be really fun.

This game deserve a hefty amount of ratings for its concept though it does have its own shortcomings such a major lag after ending your turn. What's good about this game is that it got the balanced amount of complexity and simplicity that leaves more room for improvements. One improvement I suggest to have was with navy units. Adding units such as transport ship and aircraft carrier would be a big improvement in itself specially in the pacific map. Other than that, it is an ideal game

Its a great game, but unless you play and grind for hours, you have to buy everything. Other than that, great game.

Great game but its paid to enjoy so to say, practically impossible to play smaller countries and much of the content is locked..:(

It didn't support the size of my old phone's screen, but I just tried it with my new phone, which it does work on, and it's great, easy 5/5 as long as you can play it in the first place.

First of all, I absolutely love the game, it's exciting and even tense at times, however I'd never want your strategy program on my side in a real war; it's practically useless. Also at times, like the game I'm playing right now for instance, I have a massive navy surrounding one group of Italian naval vessels and one Spanish Armada and in 10 rounds I have nearly lost all of my ships, to 0 of there's. What am I doing wrong? I'd really like to see this game perfected and expanded on, with the ability to cross allied territory and less of a wait time for cooling down, and a great reduction in package prices, what you are asking is ridiculous!

A very good game in many ways, worth a try, but it has two major flaws, in my opinion. Firstly, it takes up a lot of time even using the 'tap screen' to skip opponent moves as it takes time to process all opponent moves. This is frustratingly slow. Secondly, the Research & Development options are unnecessarily complicated and tedious. In a long campaign you disadvantage yourself if you don't use these overcomplicated selections. I don't think the real war was that confusing!

I liked the game quite alot, but there were some problems. First of all, I'd like the game as a whole to be a little bit less laggy. Second, I felt like it should've been more realistic (E.g. Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Turkey, etc. were all neutral at the time). Finally, although small, there were minor errors, like the German flag being the 2nd Reich instead of the 3rd, and the main menu map being a recent one. In total, though, it's a really good game with alot of potential! Thanks!

favorite game ever. once you learn the controls it's super fun to create an alternate outcome for wwii. i do not like that you have to buy the premium version in order to play most of the countries. otherwise the game is a blast and will easily fill up hours of time. also upgrading your units is a waste of resources. also aircraft are only effective in large numbers and work better in defense.

Excellent game, have had a great time. sadly, a few months ago, i can no longer open it as it crashes on the second loading screen eith the Tiger Tank. Even despite the restrictions of not paying, this game has tons to offer. A few tweaks here and there, but nothing major enough to lose score. After all, this game delivers very well and i see no major flaws

I feel this is a great game with great potential, but there are quite a few issues. The allies are of no real use, as instead of being helpful, they block you from areas by claiming the land and not permitting you to pass, it would be better if for example we could pass through allied territory, and if attacking an enemy from an allies' territory, they get the land, and vice versa.

This is by far the best TBGSS I've played on mobile. And what's even better - I noticed incredible potential for the game's evolution. For example, you could add diplomacy in the mix allowing for unique alliances, you could add transport ships to allow ground forces to be transported by sea, you should also expand the depth of the map as it feels rather shallow after 2-3 plays, also an expanded research tree would be a good idea. This game is incredible overall, but it could be even better.

I really like this and wanted to rate it higher. No complaints about the ADs I'm playing for free so I get that. ADs give you resources so fair trade. What I don't like so much is controls are iffy on the phone, Note 8 so not small. And you unlock content but achieving certain victory conditions. Lots of them. Still fine with that. The problem is for some small countries it's near impossible to achieve these without buying resources. Latvia for example. You are just burried in a Soviet wave and that it's it it just washed you away. No room for strategy and tactics. Now if you really wanted to get the Latvia achievement to unlock more content. You can always buy resources $4.99 a pop with no way to bank them for when you really need them. You can purchase unlocks for content for much cheaper but them you'll never go back and be able to meet those challenges. Really like it overall but probably removing this weekend because frustration is not fun.

I have sunk a lot of time into this game, and its not pay to win, you can win even with the most difficult starts without watching ads. Although the unlocking more countries is very slow. Its not a bad game. I love it. Although i do think the unlocking progress should be faster. For more nations and the asia theatre.
