Very disappointing experience. Difficult to establish connection. When is finally connected, it refuses to ply any music file. Few times I was lucky, but when interrupted, it was again hard to connect it, if connected, want start to ply any MP3 file downloaded on Wireless Flash Drive. Very disappointed "Mr SanDisk". Seems it's waste of my money. Any refund, please? Or do you have something better? George from Adelaide, South Australia.
This is great device and it's accompanying App. I used it along 64GB Sandisk wireless usb stick for 4 years, and it works fine. It safely connects to mobile phone on the GO without risking your sensitive documents from storing on your Mobile. It is also easy to transfee any document to and from your mobile, that way you ease storage space on your mobile phone. The usb stick also allows to easily transfer your files to any pc. I really love that!
Was pretty good at first. Had not used in a while and when I tried to use it a few days ago, it will NOT accept my password for wifi. I never used a password before and WILL NOT let me use my direct wifi! Wants to use their own wifi. The same thing happens with "SanDisk Connect" When your wifi goes from my wifi to your wifi, my phone says NOT connected to wifi and will NOT backup or transfer files.
I just LOVE this app, along with the sanDisk product. This product and app make it so easy to transfer things from one tablet to another tablet. What a GREAT thing to have. Now, I can download somethings, transfer it to SanDisk, delete it from the tablet, and minimize the amount of memory in the tablet being used up by downloaded things.
Western Digital is RETIRING their support of their own product as of March, 2021. Well, IT ALREADY DOESN'T WORK. Thanks a lot. I won't be purchasing any more Western Digital products in future.
Best Bluetooth Flash Drive. I've had the same flash drive for more than 10yrs, and no problem so far.
I used to love my wireless drive, now that it no longer works, not so much. Developer needs to do a update, Until I get back to a computer, my files are being held hostage.
I pd. for an App that was supposed to work w/my ph & in installation, it's telling me that it may not work, bec. It's for an outdated version of my ph. & it may not work. So, No, I'm Not happy about it.
why does this app need my contacts and access to my phone call history and many other access to apps not needed access to just to transfer files to a wireless device?
SanDisk has no blasted shame just imagine the connection is not secure though they say it is password protected.Total failure the app is rubbish and USB device serve no purpose.Just imagine a USB device without password protection.
Can't get it to open in the app. It connects as wifi but won't open.
only problem that i have is that i can't open any of the documents, files,etc. from recent, downloads, sd cards or phone.. could you fix that please?
App does not work correctly on any version of android above 6/7. Developer unresponsive to email
It need up dates It won't let me connect to the device it keeps saying the SanDisk app is for a older version need help in connecting it to the phone thank you let me know something soon
Had one of these guys since 2012, and it still works great. I don't especially like the appearance of the app, but it does what its supposed to do and works every time.
i was able to transfer a video and my contacts from my phone. now its saying no wifi available for the flash drive
amazing. Totally an awesome device. flash drive with a router and removable storage...
used to work great. I tried updating the firmware but had no luck there either.
Rubbish - no updates for later versions of Android. No longer works with phone.
Every single thing I do on this app it says my device can't connect to it. No use of this being an app.
It's really good product and simple backup as well as OTG device.

Very disappointing as the android and ios app have not been updated to the new and latest Andoiid and Ios releases ... SanDisk doesn' care about its Clients :(((
Crashes my Android g6 every time I use it with no sending feedback.

It was working great, now it wont play videos, and I can't figure out why
Always hooked up but not always connecting after a time has passed.
Only thing SanDisk takes my photos out of order from my album.
Works well once I was able to connect the first time. I think because I went into my Wi-Fi settings, chose the drive, and entered my password, the app was able to set the rest up. I think it was asking me to modify my advanced Wi-Fi settings so it could do it for me but it was not intuitive, maybe because my Android OS version is newer? Otherwise, I like it
