This app does not work at all... It crashes immediately when I try to connect to the wireless drives Wi-Fi. This makes the device completely useless and a complete throw away of my money.... An absolute rip off...
If I have this app then I've lost it in my system. I have a dual port external sandisk wireless drive that I bought years ago so I am happy with it.
SanDisk REALLY needs to update this useless app regularly. KEEP UP WITH THE TIMES SanDisk!!!!! 2015 this app was great BUT now 2021 I've been unable to connect with my S9+ phone. USELESS!!!!

The app won't let me connect to my wireless flash drive. It is a few years old, so that might be the problem.
I'VE BEEN USING THIS INCREDIBLE APP ON BOTH OTHER DEVICES AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL GOOGLE DRIVE USERS. IT'S WAY BEYOND DRIVE WITH ALL SAN DISK APPS.
Out of date. App really needs an update. Sandisk needs to better support their customers

Connectivity is realy poor. I had the media drive in my front pocket of my jeans and when i pause a video, it loses the connection totally. It gets worse if it is placed in my backpack. I had high hopes of using this on trips with long travel time but looks like i will have to look for another alternative. Buy this equipment at your risk.
When I first got it was hard to connect to the WiFi. It kept losing the connection. Now after some software updates I haven't had any problems. I mainly use it as backup storage and watching movies on flights. Over all its a good device.
This is great when you use the stationary bike or treadmill. Also great when you go on road trips with multiple people as all people may use the device. Lately I've had a issue with buffering but hopefully updating the software will help with the issue. If you go on alot of trips by land, sea, or air, this is a great device to have!

This app design MUST BE from the year 200.M.D. is a good idea but WOW is this app and features HORRIBLE TO USE. It might be acceptable on a phone (barely) but it's the worst on a tablet. NO LANDSCAPE MODE. 1.This app needs theme change to light option. 2.option to pick a 3rd party video player as default (built in player is out dated) 3.needs option to move files within app folder to folder ( not just to device internal) 4.AND MOST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MODE!! I can design a better app than these peop
Needs a sleep timer! It's great for listening to music before sleeping and a sleep timer would make it perfect. Just shut it off after a chosen number of minutes. Would also save the battery.
It works but need to fix bugs that u dont lose the wifi connection once u originally obtained it. Hence i was kicked off three times.
This device and app simply are the best. I can't believe SanDisk has discontinued the Media Server! The SD card slot is a must have feature.
Doesn't work on all devices. No customer support. Avoid this product
Music albums don't play in the correct order. No option to play the music in the original tracklist order, could this be added in please? Also could the notification when playing music offer playback control? Other than that it's a great app
Good entry level app, but has not been updated since 2016. Difficult to say you have a great device if app is sub par ... Please update and allow to use third party players once we have access to files. Your native players are too basic.
