If I could give less than 1 star I would. Can't login to my business bank account. Keeps asking me to enroll with my mobile number. I'm already enrolled. If I can't login I can't make a mobile deposit. This app needs some serious updating. I may close my account because of the continuous login issues. The online banking platform is also terrible.
It's basically 2020, You 1000% Need ability to log in with finger print or Iris, Also, I should have option for the APP which is supposed to make my life easier to Work with bank, to remember multiple accounts on ebiz. You force us to Change the password like every few months, I can't remember, and then I LOCK MY APP UP, WASTE OF TIME .. Either switch App developer, or the developer needs to get new Talent. Fix This if you care about your Bank being competitive with the million other banks.
Awesome once you are setup and get the basic down, it's smooth and one of the best.
This new version of the app keeps telling me to put in my company ID when it's my personal banking account. And I can't move pass this to see my account.
Hard to use. Frustrating. Most bank apps much easier use.
Doesn't let you access your personal account as the old App did. Asks for business account. Very disappointing.

Check deposit feature does not work on Google Pixel with version 4.1.7 of this app. Sandy Spring Bank customer support has confirmed this issue with me and their software group is supposedly working on a fix with no release ETA. LAST UPDATE TO THIS APP WAS NINE MONTHS AGO — JULY 13, 2017! Without the check deposit feature, app is of no value to me. Between this app and the bank closing local brick-and-mortar branches, it seems like Sandy Spring Bank does not want any money going into deposit accounts!
Enter username and password then will not allow to go any further. Please fix. Non-functioning app.
The app works great except for the screen orientation bug which happens when depositing checks via the app. I am using a Samsung Note 3, and only half the screen is viewable in the deposit check screens. I have to guess what button I am pushing in order to complete the deposit. UPDATE: The update to the app fixed all the issues I mentioned in my Nov 2014 review. Interface is great and the added functionalities are awesome. Great job developers! Moving from 3 stars to 5 stars now! Excellent app!
This app is not working... Wouldn't take my login information... Even tech support couldn't get it to work.
Apparently the check deposit function locks your camera at a certain distance. I couldn't get a clear image no matter how hard I tried.
Wow, here it is 2021 and I'm having the same issues as others from 3, 4, 5 yrs ago. Getting a business account was a pains taking process and now that I finally have an account open I can't access it. Not on mobile app or website. I've emailed "SUPPORT" several times with no success, not even an acknowledgement response. I see these reviews aren't monitored either, just like support emails.
