Since everything I try to do on the app lately comes back with an error that won't let me view chart, send messages, schedule appts or anything I really do not like this app.
This app is ridiculous...can't get in...you can send me all the messages you want but if I can't get in to read them then it's pointless and so are you
At 83 yrs old I have difficulty remembering the password. After answering the questions I shouldn't have to remember the password!
Continually malfunctions despite uninstalling and re-installing when I am trying to have a video conference with a provider. Called their technical support and they were absolutely no help at all. Pretty much the attitude of well yeah this thing just malfunctions a lot. Referred me to another app that I had to use instead.
Great when it works. I get stuck at the blue splash screen every time I open the app. I have to close the app multiple times usually without it working even after that.
The app is extremely easy to use it operates quickly , smooth and without missing a Beat with all your information that you need to know about your health care right at your fingertips, for quick simple accessibility, now! ++5++ stars all day long . Love the app able to make appointment change appointment message doct see doc reports . It's the best !!!
So buggy at various points in app. Trying to get to various parts of my record results in "server" errors. Then sometimes I can't sign in on the app, but everything works perfectly on the MyChart website. Older versions were more stable and reliable.
Easy and efficient app to navigate around your chart. Large, color-coded options help you navigate through the screens. I love that I can cancel or update information before appointments. This is so well set up!
The app provides a to-do list for appointments and procedures but does not give you the option to check them off or remove them when completed. The billing portion does not update to accurately show how many outstanding bills you have and the app overall frequently cannot connect to the server.
Won't open on my phone. Tried reinstall and restart. Sent Google feedback as well. Please fix this!
an option to remove !'s would be great. new Sanford chart menu page font is at least 2x too big. last payment 827. made is still showing due. not very convenient when I keep having to call and make corrections.
It won't open anymore it closes as fast as it opens it's annoying.
I hate low data density apps like this. you have to scroll throuh many pages to get what you want. Please go back to the high density layout like the old mychart app. -2/2/19 The app has gotten worse, as billing has been removed from the mychart app focing me to use the pos. >_<
I love this app. I use it all the time. Gets frustrating trying to figure out how to redo setting when switching to a new phone but outhwise works perfectly.
I thought this was a good app but it's not because when I tap on the app it keeps kicking me out now I don't know what to do and I need to see my appointment time now I have to call Sanford
I loved the app before, very convenient however it would not allow me to update. Where would I find the resolution?

I love having access to my health records, test results, billing and especially being able to communicate with all of my providers. This is the best app I've got. It's an invaluable tool that I never want to be without.
Can't seem to move from one window to the next, have swipe out of app and open again to continue. Log out is not in menu have to tap on the settings to get the option to log out
I discovered there is no way to logout of this app once I install it and sign in. This is a privacy and security issue. I've uninstalled it until there's a way to logout. Other than that, it works okay.
I have Uninstaller and reinstalled this app multiple multiple times. It still won't let me open it. I can access information online but not through the app
Update: The issue with the app was fixed and now it works property for now. Used to enjoy this app, now it won't even open on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates, restarting my phone after installation but nothing will allow me to open the app. Only way I can look at my chart is through my browser which is very inconvenient when moist communication is done through the app when you sign up for it.
