App is not working properly. It redirect again to home screen frequently and seats gets blocked . So you Cannot book tickets.

It's very helpfull to use it but I have small disappointed with this when movie will release that hast to be updated it's better for use .

Unprofessional staff they don't have intention to help customers with great friendly staff. RUDE and arrogant staff. Requested if I can carry fresh fruits but did not allow with genuine reason

This useless cinemas join hands with useless booking app @ticketnew...and they both rob ur money and ur time... After once U booked a movie, they will definitely change it and will ask us to watch the movie they screen... You useless people...

Booked tickets for kaatrin mozhi on friday,to watch the movie on monday at sangam cinemas..ticket new app people called up n said, sangam has removed it n told us to watch thimiru pudichavan.else they will refund..bad

Inhuman behaviour by staff. Not allowed to carry fresh fruits as I was not allowed to have processed food due to health check up restrictions. Had to argue more than. 20min with failure, but complained about washroom hygiene and no action taken and it was not dealt with the same way. Very unpleasant experience because of staff 😔

Worst app like i have never seen before .. Nd there's no cancellation option nd as well no refund money.. I'll give 4 stars to sangam cinemas.. But will not give any star to this app.. Plsssss dont download and use this app

Needs tweaking. When code is used there is always an internal server error. Without applying coupon code it proceeds to payment page. If code applied again it says it can be used only once a week.. So no deduction at all.

What's the use of installing 4k or 128k audio WITHOUT AC ????? FIRST TIME I AM EXPERIENCED THE SWITCHING OFF AC IN 10 MINS AFTER A MOVIE START IN A METRO CINEMA No sufficient parking No proper way One if the worst theaters in Chennai visit if you want to spend money and get tension

This is an average place with the same high cost such as Sathyam. The snacks rates are also high will average quality.. They let the crowd to go berserk

Watch all movies at sangam. Tickets ll be easily available and it is just 2 mins from my home.

Not a good theatre to watch a film peacefully...been there 3 times...whenever I go, there are always some quarrelling going on between staff and movie watchers....I was also a victim of mistreatment by the staff....unless they change their Ill mannered and arrogant staff, please don't visit this hell of a place
