With Sanima Sajilo e-Banking application, you can access and manage your Sanima accounts to perform the following services

• Shake to get last frequently used menus.
• Get instant notifications from debit or credit on account activities.•Load eSewa and credit card bill payment.

Latest version of the app is so frustating. Not user friendly and dashboard also looks so confusing with all thing stuffed up without proer sequence. Please change it back or make it good. Pleaseee...
1:-Esewa error after selecting load wallet esewa and khalti shows error after selecting. 2:-Home screen is too slow to open after log in it takes 2-5 minutes to open completely. Hope it will fix soon
The latest update is so useless..Takes more than 5 minutes to load balance and is so confusing..you cant even find what you are looking for.
I can't give any star . I really don't like this mbanking . It's not working anything . Errors is main words in this app which is not good for costumer. Everytime error error error . 👊👊👊😡😡😡 Staff are also without manners .
Bank is good Online app used to work pretty well but nowadays it has started to have a ton of problems I try to recharge my esewa wallet and it wouldn't let me do it.. It's always error every time Please fix it
Worst app. Today i tried to pay my electricity bill which was Rs. 2058 but it showed unsuccessful. I tried for 2 times each time it was unsuccesful but it cost me 2 times of Rs. 2058. I lost Rs. 4116 because of this worst app.
It's good to see banks shy away from f1 soft template design. But you guys need to work on refining the UI and UX. Personally, I don't like the choice of font. Looks dated. Edit: It's annoying to click to go to login page. And Register/Activate is something you only do once, could you please not give emphasis to Register and have us directly input Login details after the splash screen. And could you please make the login compatible with google's password save? It's annoying to type it.
After the update, new look is awesome and very easy to use. Added many new options which make very easy to use the app. Beside this, there is some problem which need to fix. Like in send money to same bank is not working. After clicking the icon "error processing request" message is showing. In the recent transaction section, transaction amount is showing but how much total amount become after the transaction is not showing, there is showing net amount available in my account. Please fix this.
Too much bug since last update.. please fix it soon ... For eg: interest balance

Worst banking experience. They hold your money and then say they can do nothing about it. Be careful with this banks service.
I wish If it was possible to give you none star coz I have been trying to login several times with the otp number that you guys have send me but still it keeps on saying wrong otp number.What the hell is wrong with your app .Either you try to fix this issue or don't even provide this facility if you guys really can't give a good service to the users
Since the last update the app is getting worst. I'm not able to transfer any amount, have been trying since last 3,4 days , also contact to the head office but they said the system has no issue, it may be my network problem but by reading some reviews in the comments am sure that its the system issue it shows (error processing request)
The new 6.0 version is worse. It lacks basic features I used daily. I don't know about your business strategy but inter bank transfers shouldn't be removed like that. e-Sewa integration was working great. Now transfers vua Connect IPS shows me option for only two banks. Pointless upgrade.
Very easy and efficient way to perform transaction. It will be more efficient if it adds features like electricity bill payment, school fee payment through bank etc. Otherwise all the features in this app are good and it's user friendly too. Thank you Sanima Bank for providing such app for the customers.
The old version was better and easy to use. After recent update i am having problems seeing my transactions and it's not as user friendly as it was before... Please bring back the previous version if possible.
The new update is not user friendly and very confusing as well. Statement is kind of confusing. Older version was better than the updated version. Hope to see some changes soon.
Very very bad app. I wanted to transfer some cash and they said to reinstall as I couldn't transfer the cash the first time. Next, I tried 2-3 times to login with the wrong password, now the whole thing is blocked...what kind of app is this? Why should they block even if I try the password 1000 times....i have to go to the branch now. IT SCUKS!!
The app has been really annoying and functionless since its update. App transaction and text notifications are never really synced on a timely manner. App says transfer canceled but amount was deducted. So hopeless.
The updates are seriously very annoying and much more confusing! Its very inconvenient to use after the update! Was easy to use when it wasn't updated! Poor performance! Can't transfer cash and perform very bad when needed the most!
If you guys are reading this, please make this app stable first and then release. At least basic features should have been stable. Even amount transfer to same bank has many bugs. Please make it stable fast. Unable to perform daily financial operations. I appreciate the ui and features of new app but can't compromise on basic features. Please fix bugs soon. You guys represent bank and bank have so many responsibility.

What's going on with this app its been a day since I am trying to login but everytime it stucks in before on powered by f1 soft. Worst to see these kind of minor problem with Sanima bank, hope it has good service but what is this? Shame on you. I even tried all steps but no You guys better resolve asap and hope that nobody stuck with these issue any time further. And even the problem has already been notified on below reviews but still the same. One who is in charge to be held accountable for it
No options for 3 months fixed deposit.
A lot of bugs since new update .always showing error while sending money .worst app. Proper testing and debuging must be done before launching the sensative app like this.
I forgot the password so i visited the bank and they reset my account. But now im not able to register my account again. I proceed to every step but when its time for "choose new transaction pin" it says "can't reuse same password" everytime. I tried using different combination of numbers still not able to make my account.
App goes back to the login page automatically after login (with fingerprint) for no reason. It has been a while. But, there hasn't been any fixes.
This banks E-Banking app has the most beautiful user interface I have ever seen. The new updated version of this app is easy to use but the only complain I have is, it's kind of difficult to check your own balance if you are using for the first time. Go your profile and click on your balance then it shows your balance. Anyway I don't have that much to complain so for me this is the best mobile banking app.
