Very easy to use. All in one. Quick service in case of issues. My experience for last 6 months using this product.
The device is handy, nice and user friendly. Once I register in app, immediately they called me and gave Tele demo... and explained well... Good support from the company side.... Good to have this device....
Well.. it's good device.. but not that much accurate as hospital ecg is.. plus, they have subscription plans. U can take free ecgs only upto 60. After that, U have to buy plans.. and accurate result is not guaranteed.
On off switch and adding patient's name has to be more user friendly. Should hv stored ECG final copy. (Require internet everytime you try to open the recorded ECG).
Day 1 , training on measuring ECG , fitness was good. hope to have same services and machine performance in coming days. Blood pressure not available as written and said.

the device worked fine for few months.now it says you have to register again and take training to do ecg.then only you can use it what's a waste.i have registered account as a doctor.
Not able to generate reports at all no idea even in-app device registered at the end suddenly disappeared the measurements and no reports in history requesting to pay money. We cont use it even when no network. It's should not be the case. Even demo videos and attached screenshot in Google Play Store are for older version, demo is different versions
Handy, small and portable ... It works very well and the online consultants are amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend it. But no need to consult the paid online specialist because everything they tell you you can just Google anyway... And the device sometimes doesn't stay switched off... Other than that, I love it
Efficient ECG Device. I liked it as it does what it says. Taking ECG is very convinient now. Best part is functional support system. Somehow app was working on my one mobile but some issues were there on other mobile. Upon my complaint, team rolled out a new app release which was compatible with my other mobile. I am really impressed with professional and committed support.
Value for money! Have been using it for quite some time, very useful. Easy & quick to use & get prints in PDF. Can be forwarded through WA\ mails. Been able to save at least 4 lives with the help of this (ACS\ CHB\ STEMI) Must have for all practitioners!
I encountered some problem with Sanket's ECG machine On cantacting they resolved issue in very professional manner. Tracing are good.
Instruction booklet contains information written in very very small fonts, quite unclear in respect to placing the leads while taking ECG, must have provided a clear A4 size picture showing exact details with precautions so that even a layman can take ECG without doing significant errors otherwise it's utility becomes worthless even after paying such a huge amount, interpretation on ECG is very limited and not very useful
My temperature readings are never correct even after replacing the first decide I got. While 1st device used to fluctuate from 96 to 92 the replaced device gives temp around 95.4 only. In touch with support guy but no solution. App version is 8.6.6.
Very good app and device for heart health with excellent accuracy
Poor workmanship. Charger pin doesn't get inserted properly. Shabby manual. One cannot read it. Alphabets are so small cannot read it. I thought, it's customer friendly. Today only I received the instrument, now I am of the opinion it's a wrong choice. Pricking device to check to check blood sugar is more custmer friendly. No support. On one receives my call.

I bought the device which was not working and returned them they have replaced just awaiting to use. The customer care team was quite good team helped a lot. I am waiting to use the device. Device returned and replaced working well. I am started registering my ECG 's. Good device . I recommend to give options to skip leads primary should be V- 2 where else here as default lead-1.
Last update has ruined measurement in multi vital 1.0. App is not working normally and showing incorrect measures with device deregistered.
Worst app and device. Too many operational problems in device and device doesn't work on Samsung A50 at all. And no clarification from agasta inspite repeated calling
The device (Multivital 2) is handy and quite useful for a quick indicative ECG. It is good thatDoctor review support is available. Quite handy to assess HRV for stress resilience monitiring of the patients. The device still needs upgradation and quality improvement. Looking for the same Dr Shekhar
