About the end of August 2021 I downloaded th app and everything was fine cause I could log in and check my profile etc. But now I can't anymore. I can log in and see the menu but as soon as I want to view anything in the menu it says Something went wrong or just loading and loading etc.
Hi, Good day just installed the app and it shows me to put in my cell phone number, but it doesn't give you options to put it in, then it shows you to put in your email address same thing doesn't gives options.
I'm very disappointed in SANLAM as an organisation, I left work October 2021. Its the new year now almost 3months after having filed for withdrawal on my Employee benefit. This app doesn't show any money on the account meaning that the withdrawal was through, yet until today I haven't received any of that money which SANLAM claims to have released on the 3rd of December last year. Stop deceiving clients I was told the waiting period was 10days days. -70396156 member no
So freaking frustrated by this. Can't log into the app with my username and password which is setup through the website. Wtfork is going on? This has to be fix and I mean right know.
I have called the call centre for my pass to be reset couldn't log in.I tried myself as well a few times . I receive new password everyone and is still unable to log in.Its so frustrating.Notba good app.I was able to log in before not sure what the issue is now.
Hi Team, The application has been working fine but i believe the last update messed it up, I login to the app just fine but as soon as I click on anything,it kicks me back out so please resolve this.
When I'm trying to log in it doesn't want to becouse the option that it shows me is the old cell phone number that I was using so there is no option of updating my account even if I do send Emails to sanlam they dont respond so that's why I think this is just a waist of time/data and airtime
This App is terrible. I login then when I try go into anything it loads and then kicks me out and I have to login again and then I try again and it all happens exactly the same again. This has been 2 or 3 days in a row now.
Just use the website, everything works but having no biometric sign in option or an option for Google to remember username and password for app makes signing in a real hassle.
Stupid app. Doesn't want me to login even though I use the correct password. Keeps going back to password to enter
I can access my portfolio on a PC but each time I try to login on the app, it always ends in futility. Now, I cannot access my portfolio on the go. Please rectify this anomaly, Sanlam. Many thanks...
Too specific. Should allow access to broader portfolio. Update: portfolio app does the trick. Would still like to see a unified, non-siloed approach.
Absolutly useless app. Registration is pathetically complicated, and once in, all information is incorrect. The app is as worthless as the fund.
Logs in perfectly fine online on Secure Services, but won't accept my CORRECT username (or ID) and password in the app. Unable to log in. Tried many times.
Cant get it to send the activation code to my mail and have reached the limit of resending; but yet my activation code is not sent yet. It doesn't make sense as my mail pops up automatically after I've inserted my id number.
Hi, I can login onto my computer very easy but once I go onto my app it keeps saying my credentials are incorrect my password or username is incorrect . I have more than one product on Sanlam I have a retirement annuity and a pension but I only see one once I've been logged in, where is all my other products. Please assist me. Thanks
Very bad experience, I've been trying to login but it says it doesn't recognize my surname, very bad, been trying to reset, I truly have no idea on what to do
I have an active Sanlam account with login credential that works online, but I can't seem to login on the app. Support also didn't contact me back after sending a mail. Please advise.
Rubbish App. I registered and signed in, after seeing that it works, I signed out. When I tried to sign in the next time it doesn't allow me. I tried to change password on ' Forgot password' and I signed in. Again when I try to sign in on the App it doesn't allow me.
Terrible app. "Something went wrong" screen all over the place. Also, its 2020, biometrics is a thing - why must I keep on entering my password everytime I want to use the app?
I just registred and when I try6to login on the app it's gives me an error message that I've entered my details incorrectly, how when I literally just registered!!??
it won't allow me to login with my username and doesn't give me the option to login with ID like the website... it sad to say it's downloaded but couldn't be used
Don't bother with this app...it doesn't do much and troublesome to login...use the desktop login
Can not for the life of me go inside. Phoned for help temp password was send typed it in but nothing. So even temp password doesn't take.
Great experience! Easy and simple and I can view what I need whenever I want to! I love the app!♥️♥️
This has to be one of the most awful and frustrating apps, you cant even log on to it with the credentials sent to you by their admin. So I double checked my username with them and even got them to send me a new password twice. But I still could not log on. Your development team really needs to have a hard look at this glitch.
