No longer works. Crashes when trying to connect camera to wifi. tested on multiple devices; none work. I was finally able to get it to connect, not sure how but it works now.
App simply doesn't connect via wifi even with proper password and multiple attempts with different networks. This purchase was a waste of money since it doesn't work and it's just a paper weight.
Major flaws on the App. no update for more than two years! the App does not allow access file of Memory records, and keeps running on background despite exit or shutting down! Simply, the worst camera App you could ever purchase online!
Can not turn the app off! even closing it it's still running in the background and draining battery. have resorted to forcing stop, now over it and looking for alternatives.
I just bought 2 more cameras but I can't connect them with the app. The old camera I bought few years ago worked fine. The new ones use joy lite app but I don't like it cause it can only control the cam in 1 phone only. How can I connect them to this app?
Always runs in the background, draining battery unnecessary. Why isn't there an easy closer option, other than force close? Terrible.
Very unreliable software, and the company doesn't deliver firmware updates even for major vulnerabilities which have been there for years. I regret buying their products.
Horrible app with horrible english translations. Lots of bugs, but however, camera works well. Hope this app will be fixed up soon.
Very bad. Cannot connect and configure, although on iPad everything is OK. Disappointed.
App stays open and can't close. Use insane amounts of battery even running in background. App completely sux to use and I wish I bought a better brand camera
I used,to love this camera but now like others say it is a paper weight. no responses here and their help file doesnt help with setup.

Lost the use of San eyes. Now I cannot connect to cameras on this app. Why won't it work with my Wi-Fi.

Previously, everything is find, I think they modified the sw. Firstly, even thought the cam says "successfully connected", the sw still cannot paired with the camera. I have to quit the pairing and setup the phone seperately. Secondly when trying to configure the a 360 CAM, the sw did not generate a noise to trigger the cam to start the configuration. Can I have the older APP pls.
