works great on local network but wont let me register a cloud account as it doesn't accept any username When registering. the remote view seems to have a mind of its own, it jumps to random points rather than where you touched the timeline. apart from the above it works fine, just needs a bit of polish. EDIT: granting all the dodgy permissions it needs made it jump into life, works perfectly. rating upped to five stars.

Great for remote viewing. Functionality of the App is very slow to load images even when connected fibre broadband and 4G signal with a top of range phone. Gittery when using and the remote playback time ribbon won't stay and play on the time selected which is quite annoying. Plus motion alerts sent to phone comes as a notification in the App but then doesn't load the camera that has been activated or load a snap shot of what has been captured. Annoying. Just little things to make it 5 🌟

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I got it working in ten minutes and it works great. It is best when you're viewing via wifi as loading times are quite slow via cellular connection. That's about the only drawback I see so far. It was pretty easy to set up too, the app picked up my DVR right away and the quality of the video is pretty good. I was about to get another DVR for the barn so I can see the house while I'm way back in the barn, I'm very happy I didn't! I'm not a bot BTW

Locked out for wrong password even though it is the correct one as it works on my other device but cant take that everywhere with me, I have deleted the app and then signed in again and although I can see the name I assigned the cameras when I click on them a pop up comes up asking for a password again and if not then i have to factory reset my system, was working fine till today, the alerts don't work for me, also the "hd" option does not work unless I'm on my own Wifi and playback is slow

UPDATE THE APP!!! It only works if you are connected to the same WiFi, defeats the whole purpose of being able to view live feed from anywhere. Developer, if you are that useless please remove the app from store. Oh wait you probably don't know how to do that either..

Crappie I can't connect to the Wi-Fi router I can't get a decent reply back from email from support for help there's no phone number you can contact anybody onhe'll the developer of the app isn't even answering anybody's reviews.I suggest buying a different product altogether one that has support you can actually call where you can get help

Good app but the time ribben in the remote playback (android), will not stay on the time you choose. it always go to another preset time. Very annoying.

This app does not work as I expected. Sometimes it doesn't load, or it takes forever to load when using cellphone data. Not bad with WiFi.

Locked Out. Worked great until it locked me out for the wrong password (which had never changed so it was the right one). No way to reset the password.

Have to register everytime I use the app... my password is always wrong, I get locked out and I have not yet been able to get past the login process to view the cams. Rubbish app.

Worked fine apart from some glitchy moments where I had to restart to the app but now doesnt work at all and keeps asking for the password but doesnt show any video.

App was great until latest update. now app shows correct CCTV system, but cameras all show a black screen. Tried an alternative App and all cameras are working fine so definately related to this app's latest update. please fix ASAP.

I keep getting an unknown error 100000, it doesnt seem to pick up the wifi signal. This used to be my favourite app, unfortunately, I cant give it any higher than 1.

This is an easy app to install I didn't even scan the qr code I just Put in the dvr serial # after downloading the app.. and look for the cams after hooking the dvr to the router I reset the router after that no problem since.

Everything works fine on the app except i only get notifications of movement when the app is open would be good to beable to recive movement notifications while the app is closed in real time with out delay

If you download the app from play store you will have an issue. Best to go to google and download it. It has been working for me since March. It's on my phone and my television.

It would be good if remote playback could just play alarms/events, rather than having to drag the timeline to each one manually.

It's a great app to go along with the cameras! Easy to install would recommend! Only thing I can see that should be upgraded is the layout for the cameras

Does not connect after the app had been minimised -have to open the app from start which takes a lot of time and is super annoying. Change it please and I'll change my review

This is my favorite app for security camera viewing out of all other apps that I have ever tried or have to use on a different type of system. Highly recommended.

Let me see what's going on around my house. Constantly wanting to upgrade the main device, so this is obsolete. Got to the point where I want to get rid.

Is there a help guide anywhere? One that gives actual details, like how to pull video. Why is something this basic, this hard to navigate?

Always has to find my devices. Cant seem to login to my account half the time. Also I am having trouble with the dvr itself.

Great cameras, but u can't use the toggle buttons what's the point, any ideas how I can use toggle please to turn cameras. 4 that reason just giving them a 3 star.

very poor app freezes up all the time. very difficult to view saved footage

Works well most of the time. Im fairly certain that most of the issues i have arr caused by our lack luster home isp.

good but bit slow to load. would be useful to save to phone rather than additional harddrive or to usb stick

Absolutely terrible app..always login me out then refuses to log me back in most of the time and non of the functions work either..terrible
