Some features are unusable because words overlap becoming illegible; restarting it doesn't help. Too many lowercase words separated by so many periods makes the app look less sophisticated & more confusing. I can no longer pay my c/c via the app; I have to open it up in my browser, which defeats the purpose & accessibility. You've now doubled the effort it takes to pay bills, but since I'm an indecisive procrastinator, I'll probably never delete it anyway. I'll just take a screenshot of my comment, so I can reread it later & feel like an activist.
Thanks for fixing the Visa payments/transfers in the update. The app is very easy to use, and a great convenience. The only drawback now is that long after I've closed the app, I get notifications that the session has ended, multiple times a day.
App no longer works!! It keeps telling me to update and directs me to the site where I try to update it and it only gives me the open the app and the same thing all over again!! I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, however that didn't even work. Now I have no way of paying me car note!!! Wack!!!!
This app was great. Went to open it today to check my account and it says I need to update but there is NO update. Then I try to go to the website and it won't let me login, it gives me some weird user verification thing. What happened?! Please fix as I moved out of state and can only access my account from the website/app. This is terrible!
Easy to use and quick responses. Only negative is viewing on mobile phone isn't the same as on computer. You can't view as many details as you can on the computer application.
Like other users do not like the fact i can't pay my sccfcu credit card from the app anymore but the feature is still there on my apple phone also when entering password i have to press it twice to enter text which is another feature that works fine on the apple phone seems like they are favoring apple than android.
No stars because I can't open the app. It continues to show me a pop up message that reads "Your application version is incompatible with your server please update your application", but I see no update option through my phone or the application itself.
Tells me I need an update, but there is no update available. So the app is stuck being non functional. This is extremely inconvenient, and even more so with the pandemic. I tried to email the developers to get more information on the error and there was no response. How does a problem like this even happen?
Amazing app when it works. But when it doesn't, it feels like your money is held hostage because you can't do anything. Currently the app/server/website is stuck in a logical loop so your money really is held hostage until they fix the most recent update that was rolled out
When i opened my app, it asked me to erase my present app and download the latest app which I did. When I opened the new app, it won't let me in untill i downloaded the latest app, which i did again. This went on several times, the bottom line is, i can't use my old and new app at all! What's the next step that i was missing? It's now 9/26/20 and I'm still waiting for a reply from SCCFCU. My account is locked and just need to know what my balance is because i have an automatic payment of my taxe
Developer address didn't respond to my email, and the app doesn't open. It says "update required" and there's no update on the Play Store. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I'm on the most recent version of Android. This credit union is a joke.
New update doesn't work. Can no longer access app. It keeps telling me my application server is no compatible and I must update. When I hit update nothing happens. Very frustrating right now. This needs fixing
I like it alot the only downfall is that I cant pay my credit card on my account anymore. I use to be able to transfer from checking to my credit card bill. Not anymore. I hope you guys fix this.
It was fine! Now all of a sudden it says to update app. When I did it still did not allow me to access my account. It keeps saying the same thing. π‘ I even reinstalled it but still didn't work.
I like it that you can do check deposit with mobile phone. However it's not clear where you want me to write 'For SCCFCU mobile deposit only'. Maybe including a visual example is a good idea.
The app doesn't work anymore, and the SCCFCU doesn't seem to care. We tried calling their customer service as well and the individual on the other end was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Cannot open my apps to check my acct. It saysthat I need to update I tried for the n-timesπ‘ nothing happens π‘π i tried unistalling and then install again so it will be a new version or updated one and still nothing happened!!!π. Help!!! I have been using this apps and it was fine but with this update I can't log in.
In what world did someone think it was ok to replace a single app with two apps and shut down the working app before the replacements were available? That's a slap in the face for people trying to use the app in the middle of a pandemic instead of swarming the bank.

Great but latest update bad! Always been a great quick look app. Now its telling me I need to update the app to newest version. App has been updated. Even deleted and reinstalled and still not working.
Can't open this app. Keeps kicking me out also you can't transfer funds to external accounts that are linked. No alert notification options.
It would be nice if closed account and closed loan information would drop off from the screens. There's no need to view information for closed accounts and if removed would give the viewing a cleaner look.
Update on Update. It appears the August 28, 2020 system overhaul has faltered. Had been locked out of online banking over the weekend through today making it a full week. The update of the SCCFD APP has been a failure as well. Comp us some service fee credits for this frustration, please.
Look at these comments. Fix the damn app! Things aren't going so well with the browser experience as well. Tried to access bill pay in Chrome and Safari and it tells me Cookies are blocked. They're not. And I can access all the other tabs. What gives?
It worked great until it stopped last week. Now it won't open and I can't even open it! Uninstall and reinstall didn't fix it either. Totally useless

It's a good app. I don't know if it is CU policy or system glitch, but sometimes I cannot transfer funds to pay Bills. Only problem Inhave had with this app, ever.

I love this app! I no longer live in Santa Clara County and this app efficiently takes care of all my financial needs. This app means I didnt have to switch banks when I moved.
This app doesn't work at all on android. It says I need to update because my version is incompatible with the server, but there is no update. I can't get into my account at all and it's been that way since the beginning of quarantine. If it was a tiny bug I could understand not fixing it for 6-9 months but the app literally doesn't even open. How is this still happening? Very frustrating and has made me consider switching banks entirely.
