Like all Spanish Banks, and all Spanish Apps, this one is a slice of 💩💩💩💩💩. The funny thing is, aside from ING, Santander has the *best* customer service. Good luck getting anny help from these a$$ bandits. I have been trying for an hour to see all of my movements from the beginning and the App doesn't work. I Uninstalled/reinstalled it. I talked to two customer service agents. And I still haven't seen my bank movements. Only bowel movements.

Very poor application, full of failures, it does not help to enable card wireless, the search is useless. Terrible user experience.

Onboarding into app is awful. I was not able to get an account 100% online or to delete the account 1% online. Both proceses ends with human interaction (may need an appointment, wait a few days). Many customers are complaining about onboarding but somehow in their replies the staff is alwais suprized. This is because they do not empathize with the users. Probably.. the majority of them never executed the onboard steps or never used the app.

Unreliable... I've a very good phone and this app is completely unreliable... sometimes works but most of the times throws a connectivity problem when I've full speed 4G... I've been observing this app for months and the problem is the app..not the phone or connection or the version...im very disappointed that such a big bank has such poor app.. other banks apps work like a charm !!!

Over all the app does what I expect it to do. However, for some inexplicable reason I am unable to log into the app using my iPhone so I've had to resort to using my old android phone which doesn't support the latest update. I generally use my laptop for payments, transfers etc so not a massive inconvenience but would be nice to have everything on one phone

After updating the App, I am no longer able to enter into my account. I am trying to enter my password but it's not appears on the screen. It is weird, I don't know what to do. Still I don't understand why they updated the app, it was totally unnecessary. Please have a look at this and fix the possible problems. Thanks

App doesnt work 90% of the time says ir has problems and doesn't load.. then only half loads the information after a while.... just not reliable for quick information! when it does work it's a pretty good app but should be working all the time ...

Can't get into my account. Says I have to disable all apps that can overlap, whatever that means. I just want to get into my account, I don't care about customising it. It used to be fine and now it's utterly unusable.

Since the update, like many other people, I can't get into my account. Connectivity problems apparently but all my other apps work. Fed up with this bank, when they took over Banco popular they also gave me a 123 account and because I don't have enough standing orders going out, I get charged every month. Last time I visited the bank, I waited 3 hours to withdraw money and cancel a direct debit. I will be closing my account with them ASAP.

It works somehow but the company is useless. I've never dealt with a bank as inadequate as santander. Bank interaction via app not possible. Bank doesn't communicate via app if and which documents would be missing. Account blocking just happens. Communication with "personal manager" just redirects to a website, you have to enter data the app knows, but why not just type EVERYTHING again? And don't think you'll get that promised call either. Is this more helpful?

Unreliable. Many times I try to access and I get the message that the app is unable to respond at this time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem. It works about 50% of the time. I use a Galaxy A50.

I try to connect to my account and says that they will send a code to my phone as an extra step for security. I never received the code. I don't understand why you don't let to connect with my user and password. I use the same phone. Is annoying because I cannot access my account.

It's quick but not so easy as I know very little Spanish and have to guess what the instructions are. Could you give us old e pats a break and use the English on your UK site to help us out a little we mould appreciate it very much

Since changing my account from Non Resident to Resident I have not been able to use the phone app...there is no English helpline, when I put all my details in it doesn't accept it! No help at all from the bank, I can only use online banking!I will be closing my account as soon as possible!

Hi, It is a good app. But only thing, It is in Spanish. If you change this app into English. It is very much useful for non- Spanish speakers...please change into English.

Occasionally buggy and thus not very reliable (for the banking app). Some parts are missing English translation and others sound awkward. It lacks some polish.

Clearly designed to make you accept things you don't need. To do something as simple as checking the account, you have to dodge several buttons every time. Not usable by elder people AT ALL. Too complicated and misleading. Diseño engañoso para que aceptes sin querer cosas que no necesitas. Totalmente inusable por gente mayor, demasiado confusa, y parece que a propósito

Since the UNNECESSARY update the app no longer works at tells me there is a connection issue. If it isn't broken don't fix it, this is probably the worst mobile banking app ever made. FIX IT!

A few weeks ago I went into the Mojácar branch asking to to help install this App. They installed the App and also set up in English. This App is so easy to use and I now can check all my transactions 24/7 with no worries. Thank you "Santander.es" for making my life so much easier...

Useless translation - some parts are still in spanish. I blocked my account and can't get any help. It told told me an option to unblock my account online but it doesn't tell me where to find it. Hard to use and very unpleasant
