This app constantly crashes on my chromebook. Frustrating as heck. They should make an app thats easy to use, especially when I'm trying to give them money. Works on my iphone but not chromebook.
Overall the app does what it's supposed to do. The biometric part does not work. I get an error message and then I enter user name and password. I've cleared the cache and I get the same message I uninstalled and installed the app again. I get the same message. I like the biometric option-when it works. This app the biometric does not work at all. I would have rated 5 stars if the biometric functioned.
Your app took all of my info and at the very last stage asked me to confirm a password, which once confirmed still did not work, so then I went to your website, got to last step, pressed pay bill, and nothing happened again. On top of that you said by paying at your website you are not have to pay an extra fee but that was a lie. Your app stinks.
This apps makes paying my monthly bill quick and easy. Being able to check my monthly usage on my phone is a plus for me.
It won't allow me to enter my bank account as a payment option, so I end up getting charged $2.50 extra for the transaction fee to use my card every month.

Every time I try to log in with my thumb print it's says the app is down. Super inconvenient.
I don't like the fact that you can't sign in with finger print, other than that I have no issues with the app. I use it faithfully.
Fingerprint to unlock doesn't work. Wish the way to get to billing was more streamline.

App's UI has an amateurish design. Navigation & functionality are clumsy. Often receive scripts error trying to load payment screen or process payment. Over has feel a My Little Ponies fan page on GeoCities developed using MS Frontpage 2.0 than an App from a major utility company.
