I can rarely ever use this app. It doesn't show my rewards and always says two of my credit cards are declined, when there is nothing wrong with them. It only likes one of my credit cards. I go and buy the tickets directly at the theatre and my credit cards goes through just fine. Please fix/resolve all the issues to make this an enjoyable APP.
After the update current members no longer able to login into the app. You're still able to login to the website, but that defeats the purpose of the app. When it was working, it worked great. Hopefully they fix this login issue quickly. Already did the uninstall/install, which didn't help.
The ease of getting your tickets is all fine, but it does not give you the option to sign in as a rewards member (which I paid for) so you don't earn any points towards those rewards using the app. The website constantly gives me an error when I try to buy through it, so that I can get my rewards points for my purchases, which forces me to use this sub-par app. The only reason i am giving it 2 stars is because I do love Santikos cinemas. Y'all just need to fix your stuff.
I have been having problems with this app for a good while now. I have installed and uninstalled. If you notice, now you have to go to the theater to get tickets. And if you use the kiosks the prices of the movie increased and still pay service fee. So remember not to use those unless you have cash that to throw away. Use Fandango now and works everytime!!
All the glitches with selecting seats and having to reenter your payment info every time, regardless if it was saved, have all been fixed. Simple and easy to use. Great job, love it!
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, the app continues to not accept my email and password. Which is crazy because I am able to login with same credentials on Santikos website. I also noticed the price is higher on the app than on Santikos website. I used to love using the Santikos app, but apparently there is still a lot of work to do to get it back up to par.
This app is really good. It's very easy to use and extremely convenient. You can literally get you tickets in the parking lot or a day or two 8n advance. Great for those that plan ahead and those the are spur of the moment.
It's great overall but the saved cards never process through so I have to always enter in the card information. There also isn't a way to remove expired cards or ones that aren't used anymore. This is whether a debt card or credit card. Thank you
Just waiting to be able to cancel/refund tickets on the app. Like today, buying tickets for my mom for one movie. Should have restarted, instead backed out and didn't pay attention to the movie, brought the wrong movie. blah blah, I messed up, wish I could do over, change, cancel
App was working fine but now it's not.. Won't let me see the cinemas, movie titles or anything at all.. Been like this for a few days now. Says need internet connection.. 🤔 But I'm able to post a comment. Hope the problem is solved fast. Wanna go to the movies and I love ordering my tickets before I even leave the house.
Quick, efficient and real easy to use. The theater labels always helps me, because I'm always on a hurry. So I stop to look to see where I'm purchasing my tickets. Because I've made that mistake before. But their staff still helped me when I had arrived!!!
I updated my app and now I have a hard time getting it to load and when it finally does the format has changed from looking at your selected theatre showings to just a list of movies. Not happy!
Easy to navigate and use. Only issue is being unable to cancel tickets through the app. You have to call customer service in order to cancel.
I updated the app. As was requested and all it does is buffer. Disappointing and a waste. Initially, when I installed the app. It was working half of the time, now Nada!
There needs to be an option to enter the loyalty rewards info so we can get our points. Instead I have to get there early and hassle with waiting for a manager which can take some time. Other than that I would give 5 stars instead of 4!
This new point system is bad! I get the points to go towards my tickets. Now you put for food. Ridiculous. You should give that choice on food or 5 off ticket. Y'all think y'all doing something good. Lol
I can't even, login onto this app. Changed my password 3 times just to make sure I wasn't trippin! I'm reading these other comments and thinking. Well damn, I can't even get in the club! I Can Only Imagine, what else is wrong with this app!!!
Fast and easy process to secure seats for upcoming movie. I am a rewards member and the app helps me view my points/redemption dollars; and past purchases. Awesome!
App keeps crashing or doesn't start. At times I've bought tickets through the app, but can't bring them up at the theater because the app crashes
This is a great app, it makes getting tickets to see a movie super easy. Plus I get points to save and use towards food and tickets.
App comes in handy when looking for anime feature films around town. All it needs is a thing that alerts you to future film releases that interest you.
For a small convenience fee, this app saves you a trip and gas to the movies only to find out your movie is sold out. You can secure a seat in advance so you dont have to wait in line. I am spoiled!!
Great app but something has happened that movies are not showing up and neither is the movie art. Might need a fix.
App needs a lot of work. It takes forever to load if at all. After it final did I purchased tickets to a movie and they showed in the app. When I got to the theater and clicked on the app it again took forever to load and the tickets were not there. I selected the purchased item from the menu and there was nothing shown as being purchased. I had to go to the customer service desk to have them look my purchase up and get tickets. Getting charged a extra fee for "convenience" is a rip off.
