Resolution only takes 255 characters and not allow to save (grey out) after the recent update. Also chargeable status entered but not being updated when backed out. Please fix.
Awful, buggy, crashes, drains battery, easily the worst app i have.
Buggy, slow and not user friendly.
The SAP service team is fantastic. I previously had left a bad review and they were concerned. We ended up talking for over an hour on a phone call with my concerns and areas of the app I felt could be improved. For the most part they fixed what they could and explained some of the things I was upset about were put in place by my employer. I would recommend this app simply for their service team.
Very Very bad app, please improve it
The number of low rating given by users is understandable. Previously, closing a task took less than a minute on another app. Company decided to engage FSM irregardless of the bad review...it takes up to 15 minutes to close a task now. We can't even see the contract status, call receive time which is important for response time. The number and duration of sync is too much and too long. Obviously making us less productive. The email auto send doesn't even work! Honestly, it is a frustrating exp.
Use data alot to sync and slow eta 3 minutes, every add, change the data need to sync, sometimes unlucky the data not capture. wasting time with each steps and drain my 5k mah battery, latest issue why release update but still got bug then i have to revert back to older version, technician always make a complain to my admin about the apps always have a issue and back to dev but the dev said it the company setting. Come on our performance evaluation is 80% on data from ur apps. So troublesome POS
A dark mode would definitely be great. Using app on a phone causes it to work very sluggish. Overall, not bad but has issues like anything else that needs constant updating.
An exciting mix of crashes glitches and lost information. Usable but hope you dont make a mistake. If you do you will have to deal with the creator. Oh gosh just to much excitement. The best Europe has to offer.
Not user friendly, always synchronize and lagging, poor service
Instead of making life easier, your app is become nightmare. It is frequently crashed whenever did the synchronization.
This app was not working on vivo mobile what was the problem is that Our office work totally depending on this app..but the app was not working on my vivo mobile...pls check that crashing problem....then Your not solve that problem then pls remove this on Google Play Store .. it's better for users
I updated today and now it can't open... What a loss.... Disappointed 😥 After this I re installed the app and opened, but now another problem because after customer sign and I sign, I generate the report and customer signature get lost and replaces with mine....kindly help because my amanger is waiting for it tomorrow. I sent email to you but no reply for the last 3 days
Waste of time !! Company has changed over to this system and has been useless full of bugs Constantly losses youre jobs when you sync and only 50% of the time let's you sign off the job This is not just me 50 personnel using the app Not a time saving or reliable system
Sap fsm Stop working. Unable to update addresses during sync and stop working. As engineer try many things many times with no effect...

When I installed this app for the very first time, app was working good on my oppo mobile but after updated everytime I login this msg continuously pop-up " This Coresuite Cloud could not ne reached." Plz fix this issue a.s.a possible cuz my total work depended on this app.
last update damage the app. Previous update damage the ability to sign report now with this update the app loop with message loading please wait... no more posible to start the app.
Update on Feb 2022 : Still cannot access,showing blank page after input cloud account.... Even after MFA is not active... Uninstalled Already...
The report time always not accurately reflect. Our customers demand an answer. Until now your support still can't solve it. Already reported many times. So don't tell say we give negative feedback. reported errors for 40 days still not resolved.

Fails to complete the first sync on my phone, no error just quits/closes the app.
Every page need to sychronize,not user freindly. Sychronize always fail and need always restart app. If all thia because company designer fault, that mean the certs give to designer is not qualified.

In general I could say that I am satisfied with the application but sometimes some of the fields are not displayed and I get the msg 'No data to display' so i have to call my company and give me the information through phone. Synchronization is very fast when using 4G or 5G and i don't miss any notification. Of course the battery of my device is running out faster after installing the application. Please give the option for dark mode in future updates. This app is definitely worth 5 stars!
