SAP Fieldglass Time Entry

The app does not generate the login screen. When I can get in by reregistering with my password, the actual time entry only works sometimes. Editing times will not save. Filling timesheets will not save. Submitting timesheets will not save. Using the app comes with all around poor chances of success. Anything you try to do has about a 25% failure rate. The app will act like you have made the changes, but when you go in to make your next change, everything will have reverted to the default values. Running in English on a Pixel 4 most current Android beta (currently 12L).

Doesn't work and is useless. Timesheets come up ONLY when I log on using the QR code, but if I close the app and open it later, I'm logged in, but it's a blank screen. I can only see time sheets if I unregister my phone and sign in again with QR. In other words, in order to use the app, you have to log in to a computer, then use the QR code to log into the app every time. Why make a phone app that requires a computer to use it?

It was a good app until today. I have put my username and password in only to get a message that states I have unregistered my device and I have to sign in again. After the second sign in, the same message comes up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I had no problem until this.

I installed the app on my Android Samsung Note 9. It is not on my desktop. it is not in the area where all of the applications are on the phone. I have to install it each time to get to the open button. Update 03 17 22: Uninstalled and reinstalled app on Note 9. Now the application Icon appears on phone. Now I generate code on desktop and scan with phone. Regenerate QR code from desktop message appears on phone.

This app has not been compatible with any phone I've used it with. It will run, but with a barely usable interface. Some buttons don't display a word to let you know what it does. The buttons that read with the "label." before it. I prefer using the website, where there's a better overview of hours worked, daily hours worked make it easy to tell when you've hit overtime, and all functions are easily readable. But most browsers are now incompatible. Can't access it with my phone or work computer.

This app is absolutely awful. Entering time on the app and entering time on the website are two completely different processes. The app does not function like it should, is not easy to use, and constantly crashes. It is a nightmare. If you plan on creating an app for an already horrendous timekeeping system, at least make it somewhat functional.

When entering times the app often just inserts what ever numbers and times it wants. Even after changing to the correct numbers and saving, when you go back into the entry for that day again it will often have the wrong data entered again. It's a constant problem that has resulted in numerous incorrect time sheets being submitted. It makes me look bad when my manager rejects my time sheet because the app has decided to enter 32 hours of double time on its own. Update, app complete unusable.

Extremely frustrating app. About to permanently uninstall it! it won't let me log in any more - since I applied an "upgrade". It frequently used to demand a new QR code, but now it always says "Session has expired. Please enter user credentials." no matter what try.... The timesheet entry is slow and tedious. Looks like the UI was designed to match the data structures, not to be in any way helpful to users.

This app could not be a more useless waste of time if I carved a QR code into a rock this still wouldn't work. So very very SAP brand. Users are not a concern.

App has me logged in but does not show timesheets. I have to unregister my phone and reregister in order to view or make a timesheet each time I completely close the app out.

Honestly this app is awful. The password appearently resets monthly maybe but you never get a notification and you only find out when you try to login and your password won't work. Then you have to go through the forgotten password process. Not to mention trying to put in hours it is a scroll instead of a type mechanism so it is tedious. It's just not use friendly. I'll just use the web version.

Never works properly. Every new week you can put in a new time but then it freezes. After that it doesn't show the week or any way to put in time. The app made it easier to translate the exact time that was spent working and I was always on time when I had to send in my tinesheet. Having to do it through the website and figure out the exact minutes when you are busy is very hard. I've been sending in my time sheet late and sometimes don't even get paid because the app screwed me over.

Downloaded a few times.keeps crashing when i change language. I have yet to actually login. It wont accept my password or username or something. Works fine on desktop. this seems standard as so many others have same issue. Given up for now; using web version which is painful with zooming in /out, but at least it works. I have sought assistance from support. Lets see. But looking at other comments clearly SAP need to get a grip and address thiz.not good enough when so many people rely on this.

App doesn't work. I fill the time sheets and it shows blank all the time. What is the use of having an app on your phone when you have to do it all again on your laptop?

A necessity if your company used Fieldglass to manage timesheets. The current version remembers your login and let's you use your fingerprint to sign in. Time entry is simple, using spinners rather than the keyboard. There's a slight learning curve--you have to make sure to enter total billable hours separately from your time tracking--but past that, it's a bulletproof interface.

Happy to see mobile app for SAP timesheet entry. Issue1: Too many steps to enter time for one task a day. This should be reduced and made even easier. Issue2: When I'm done and press back button to quit app, it goes back to every single page I visited. This is rediculous and should be fixed. From homepage if I press back button it should quit app instead of navigating all history pages

Keeps telling me I need a pin or password when I tried both. You need to update your app for Android 12 and beyond....

App is good, easy to follow instructions on how to get log in info from main website in app registration. Do not see any options to revise/withdraw already submitted timesheets

Doesn't work anymore, when I try to add hours and hit save it just leaves the field blank and says "tap to enter time" again as if I did nothing I've tried leaving the page and re-entering, I've restarted the app, clearing all data, Uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works, it's useless now.

Unfortunately can't give 0 stars... tried this app. After inserting "time in", "meal break in/out" and "time out" the app doesn't update automatically the billable hours nor offer the chance to change it manually. When check on desktop version total hours for the day are correct but billabke hours is 0 and when trying to edit getting the error "the object has been updated by another user. Please review the object and try the action again if it still a valid action".Not sure how I'm solving this!

If I could give you no stars that is what you would get! How does an app forget your fingerprint and passwords so often, had nothing but trouble with this app, it won't even notify you if there is a problem, you just have to find out the next time you eventually log on, which for me is once a week to full out and submit my time sheet. So guess what I didn't get payed for my last week of work because this stupid app never notified me to tell me there is a problem!

This is a very basic app that only contains a few input fields but they manage to build a incredible slow and user unfriendly app. When you think about it, it is actually pretty amazing how they could end up with something this bad.

Gotta agree with some of the other reviews. I've never understood why SAP is still standing as their products and licensing aren't very forward thinking. This application seems half baked and arguably worse than using the desktop website on a mobile device; even having to zoom in and out all the time. Pretty poor given what they charge for their software.

Download & installed which took several minutes, then opened it and logged in but just a blank screen with the logo at the top. Nothing to click on, except an icon in top right which says "policy" and has a highlighted blue bar to click on, I assume is "accept" but again, no words except title/logo.

It's really hard to get paid when both the app and the website dont even load or take 10 minutes to load every time you click or press something. Doesnt matter what wifi or internet connection you're on. It's almost impossible to work. I'd uninstall it but I dont have a choice in the matter. So I guess there's no reason to fix it then. Good job guys, you're making getting my paycheck a living hell.

This app is useless. You can't save your login info, time entry is a nightmare bevause instead of just being able to type it in you have to go through that scrolling thing. I have a full size keyboard, let me use it.

Needs some kind of update or something. The past few times I've tried using the app it hasn't fully loaded and now it keeps saying that the server's unavailable or something of the sort. It's very frustrating.
