Pretty confusing app but once you have it up and running it has quite a few features. The hard part is getting your camera on your network which is easier in AP mode. Once it is online it is fairly simple to share permissions with other devices via qr code and "other users." I would have given fewer stars because originally this wasn't working on Android 10 but I messaged the developer last weekend and they put out an update in about 2 days. I'm not sure it was in response to my message or not

This is quite a tricky app to install and pair with the security camera. I am wondering if the problems I have are due to a faulty camera or a faulty app. As there is no diagnostic routine I cannot tell. My problem is that the app cannot load and read individual motion activated video files, however I can play back some historical data by using the scroll graphic. So the app kind of half works but I cannot view or export files e.g. to the police when there is a break-in. Defeats the purpose eh!

Connecting to my wanscam IP cameras are extremely slow, in excess of 30seconds at times. Having not used another app yet, this one seems very finnicky and unstable, but it remains my only app for now. When switching from VGA to HD, there is not physical resolution different, other than some sharpening filter applied.

Shocking ! Very disappointed. No info on if and how to link 2 or 3 cameras to a WiFi internet. Instructions on set up are to brief and confusing. Not all cameras are the same, not all have reset button. One rule fits all does not work well.

No way to manually enter device id. I'm not giving you permission for GPS location to add a camera. Also not allowing you to use my phone to make calls... No permissions for you. Uninstalling this terrible app.

Full of little bugs and is unable to update camera firmware even though there is an update available. No response from developer on these issues.

Hello! I'm using the Wanscam K22 ipcam. Are there any software that is read-only? I would like to allow another user to view the contents of the camera, but without changing the settings.

Please add a functionality to be able to download cloud videos it will be very useful . And it loads very slow from cloud ...

The app really drains the battery and cannot be put to sleep. Please add sleep function.

App doesn't have reboot option. In case anything goes wrong I cannot reboot remotely. GIVE US REBOOT OPTION IN APP!

Provide the following for (K54 model): 1. Download Motion Alert / Video recording from the SD Card (Local/Remote) 2. Email functionality to forward of Motion Alert / Video recording 3. Test if email and and download is working 4. Provide at least 4 Patrol functionality 5. Fix the Voice broadcasting its overlapping the previous save voice.
