Very slow app using from last five year not even single implementation on it.
Not user friendly.. it will take too much time & Speed is very slow ..
Too much slow. Weekly getting updates which is above 50 mb. Not user friendly. Always Hangs the mobile. Needs mobile compatible app. This seems designed for laptop/desktop
I suggest you update this application. Even with high speed internet connection, the app is too slow and gets hanged. I'm using this on the OnePlus latest handset.
Ipad version has interaction section where all notes are visible ,this does not and is only issue really , please add to fix .
The app says, it cannot connect, without any explanation how to fix it. And when it's working it's unstable and buggy. Not to mention that the help link is not App-specific. It leads to the generic sap help site. Even apps developed by students are better. I wouldn't expect such a sloppiness from one of the biggest software company
This app is too slow to be used other field. My company has switched from previous renaissance to C4C system. And we are facing a lot of problems in this.. App takes around 2 minutes to open even if my mobile has got a good processor and 8gb RAM. Request you to make it little faster as it takes a lot of time while using...

I have OnePlus 6T Android 10, OxygenOS 10. It seems like your app doesn't support my phone. Please fix it as soon as possible, because previously when my phone was on Android 9 this app run smoothly. Now I cannot open it at all!!! It says that this app keeps on crashing!!!
This app is Such a dud.. I was a Salesforce user earlier and our company decided to switch to C4C (integrating the ERP). The entire user experience is so irritatingly slow for C4C , UI dates back ages, every click follows with a buffering, you can't see contacts within an account and the list continues. Hands down , I wish SAP cared to look into this.
Very Slow and always showing Out of range
This is a really good app with great UI and user friendly. A tool that helps you improve your sales outcome really quick, do not think twice and choose this app over any other.
Very slow and not so mobile friendly
Only works for a day or two. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall. Wait for a day to install. Then reset a new password even though I just gave it on two days ago. I feel there are few better apps out there.
When it works it's ok. But with many update and the need to reconfirm the connection, it's hard for not technical users.
Locks up and doesnt boot up when selected . Have to uninstall then reinstall to repair. Thats with a very strong cellular connection.
App gets open automatically. without any further operation.. and also does not closed with back button of mobile like other apps work with after log off.
Would be better if you could select times to update the offline option rather than always having to manually updat. Many times with my job I wont know until I am on a customer site that I wont have cell service.

The prev version was friendly user interface but after update the same has become v slow and bad interface

It's take time to process..open time is too late. Again n again install and uninstall for proper use... If I will enter any thing which take lots of time.
App is horrible with Single Sign On. Crashes 6 times out of 10
