The app is really slow even on good speed network. Plus respones from SAP display with HTML tags and doesnt allow customer to respond back. More bad part is that SAP is not releasing any update for app for past 1 year now.
Search not working. Just a blank screen appears. Nothing happens after that. Tried clearing cache as well.

Hi there, Can we add the field of threshold/deadline date against the relevant tickets? It will help us to know when the ticket will get confirm automatically. In addition, can we create a new ticket from the app? Thanks
Can view but cannot update. Incident text or other incident featurrs like connections.
All OK, but rectify the text decoding issue. Not able to understand what SAP has replied.
Unable to update any SAP ticket via this app even though i have all relevant access.
It is helpful for checking incident, can we get feature to create the incidents or expert chat.

App is OK, it needs improvement. The conversations are showing html code within the communication messages - this bug persists since long, please update the app. Pros: No Adds, Fast, Secure, Easy and convinient to reply back to SAP. Cons: No frequent updates. Bugs persists for long.
