Got a ticket even though I paid with the app. Used the right lot code, right times and paid correctly. Ticket was dismissed but made what was supposed to be a "easy" experience much more difficult.

Needs improvements.
The app wouldn't connect as I was setting it up and then it told me my session failed. Plus it was only a 2 hour max session so I moved my car somewhere else. Then I got a notification that my session had ended that I never knew I had but apparently I was charged anyway. Ugh
