App simply hangs. You search for books, select one, again go back, it hangs. Most of the books on app are out of stock. Various categories like stationery are there but there is nothing much in it. I ordered 2 books, still no update on status. Not sure when I will receive them. Only adv was there was 10% discount offered. Updating after talking and sending email to your customer care. Still the books are not dispatched. Service has to definitely improve.

Very bad service. They will accept your order as express delivery even though they don't have stock of that book. Later their customer care team will be giving option of paying more on ordered book for increased price and will be giving you option for delivery by next month due to stock unavailability. When you cancel their order they will send cancellation mail notification of immediate settlement but you won't get it. When you read their policy they say they will take 7days in settlement.

This is the worst app I have come across. I have been trying to order a couole of books since yesterday but I could not go past the address page. It just gets stuck for so long. The same case with the website too. It is really frustrating. The books I am looking for are not available in the store and I am unable to order through the app or website. Unless the developers decide to do something, please do not download and waste your time.

The main problem on this app is, the main page of book (for many books) not shown, and description of book is not good, pages, syllabus, like this. So the buyer. Confused about to purchase book. Worst experience on, too delay of service, After booking many days they cal for paying money again for items, Once pre-book how can ask paying again, No discount ad offers better to buy local store Local stationary is better then this one.

This store takes the orders, sits on it for more than a month, responds to a follow up mail stating they'll ship the order on priority, a week later comes back and asks me to pay the differential amount as the price for one of the books in the order has increased while the same book is available on their website at the old price at the time of writing this feedback. And this isn't a one-off, same story for 2 other past orders from the same store. Serious why are they even in this business

Ordered books long back. Its showing intransit, but not yet delivered. Keep writing mails for customer care. But no reply from them. Very bad experience. They used to execute courier via Professional Courier. Which is worst courier servie ever.. even we paid delivery fees they ask to come and collect in office. Will never order books in sapna.

Avoid buying from this app. ordered for 3 books on 18-Dec-18 which mentioned shipment within 4 days. 2 books were delivered on 25-Dec and last one on 28-Dec. Noone pickup the phone. False status updates. Shipment tracking unreliable. No option to cancel the order that has not been processed. Vague refund policy.

I don't know what they are doing !! I ordered a book 20 days ago and got no sign of its arrival. Most horrible experience!! Inspite of mailing 3-4 times and calling them 2-3 times they are just telling we will dispatch it the next day!! I don't know when will their next day come? I am very much disappointed !! They have the worst customer service ever!! Many a times their phone no. is unable to connect!! I just want either my order or my money back!!

Worst app, worst service, worst price, nothing good about this. I haven't received my books which i have ordered 2 months back. Do not download this app. It just waste of time else go for alternative e commerce sites. Edit: But there customer care service is good. Because they will respond you very quickly.

Had the worst experience. The delay in delivering the book was not an issue but not informing the customer promptly shows a thorough lack of professionalism. And their customer care executives don't think customer service is first, I thought I was calling a Government office! I can provide the audio of the call, if the management is interested. But I sincerely advise anyone to avoid this service, it would be a lot better to visit their store. Horrible service!

I have searched one book in famous online shopping like Flipkart, amazon etc but only available in Sapna. I just ordered in this week. Too much quick delivery. After seeing the negative feedback I just call the customer care and ask estimation date when I received the order. They just replied properly and say you received a order with in a next week. But now received that book within a same week. Happy with shopping in Sapna. I just fear whether the book came or not. But now i am happy.

Love the app. It helps me explore new books with the help of the numerous categories available and is user friendly. The delivery is also prompt and the packaging is really good.

There is a bug in this version. Whenever I try to login with google and enter my email, it prompts for password and again reloads the email page. There is an infinite loop to enter email ID.

Worst app ever. I ordered a book and it had been delayed for a month and when I asked them for cashback and to cancel the order, they didn't agree first. The customer service is very poor and sometimes they won't understand English also.

Just got my first book through this app. Sapna Online's packaging was fine but the book inside was totally damaged with black stains, crease across the front and back cover, multiplebends on the back cover, and a spine crushed on both sides.

Worst app ever. They take the money and after that they are not dispatching the book since 9 days. These are not reliable. Never try to buy anything from this. No customer support is there. No one picks the call. They fool people. Even if courier is working they are not sending the book.

I am having a worst experience with this app they showed my book has express delivery and will be delivered next day but it is now the third day the book has not yet delivered they are taking one day for processing and one whole day just for packing the book and not understand why they are doing this delay and their way of tracking the order facility is not good please check this..........😓

Worst app I ordered my books n it's been 38 days more than a month if I was knowing I wld get it so late I wouldn't hv ordered from them. I tried sending mail, calling them every week all they tell is il get it next week. But till today no update on my books. They mentioned it vl b dispatched in 8 days and it's 38 days now no updates. 🙄 really! Plese don't use this app. I am fed up sending mails n calling them!

I had placed an order for 6 books almost 10 days back.. I haven't received it yet. It shows that the books are in transit.. they are showing the same thing from many days.. it feels like I lost all my money.

Excellent , customer care service I give 5 stars they did their job by sending my exam books on time. Thank you. One more 5 stars to the packing, the bubble wrapping really helped in getting the quality books in the rain fed region.

Much more improvement needed. Some time go back to main page from the cart page/ item page it was little bit annoying. Login page before entering complete password automatically it refresh the page. Well initiative but improvement should be needed for compete wirh the other competitors.

Extremely unprofessional and bad. 18th May was the date I had placed my order, still they have not reached me. They have not been despatched at all, even today !! These people just don't care ! They do not give any discount, charge full amount with extremely poor service. I am suffering because of their incapability.

Hey it's almost a month since the book order was cancelled, the amount hasn't been refunded even after it was mentioned it would be refunded after seven working days. What's this now ? Please refund the amount. Annoyingly bad service ☹️☹️☹️

It's a biggest worst app, guys please don't purchase through this app. before using any app please read the reviews. If the reviews are bad the app is also bad. I also read the reviews but I am big stupid i beleived this app and placed an order 7 days back but they still not returned it and now i want to cancel my order but in this app their is no such option and i lost all my money. better to purchase through flip cart or Amazon apps.

I have ordered 2 books on November 1 2021 but still it's showing processing only in tracking.... No delivery updates yet .... Very bad When will I receive my order Waste of money I guess Plz do dispatch my books There is no cancel option also to receive payment back .... If any body orders plzzz do cash on delivery mode only for payment. Wts the problem Either receiving orders or delivering orders or any courier issues I can't understand... Its better to shop books at Market space only

Worst app ever seen. Booked a book on 29/06/2020 paid full but still now it is not shipped yet. Customer service is worst. If you can't deliver a book they say at the time of booking that you are unable to deliver. You are taking booking and not delivering book on time instead you are just sending msg it is delayed and it will ship in next 2-3 days. Full harassment.

Order received in the 3rd week. After calling customer care so many times. My book costed 2199 on Sapna online, on other app they were selling at 1750 they don't give discount also. I will suggest to buy from anywhere else. I have visited to there store few time it's good but you will get everything on print rate no discount the same you may get online half of the price.

Worst... I ordered totally 28 Kannada novels among that i received one damage book. Along with the picture and invoice I contacted customer service but now they are telling there is no Return/replacement policy. Previously when i contacted they told to send the pictures to proceed for return/replacement. I m purchasing in sapna since 15 years. But this time I'm very disappointed.

Really bad experience. They kept my order in wait for a total of 47 days. I mailed them after 30 days and my queries were not answered. And at the 47th day I get a call that I am expected to pay Rs 91 more for the book because the price has increased now. I will suggest anyone who is reading to not purchase books via SapnaOnline portal.

This is the worst app i have ever seen. Its been more than 10 days that i have ordered the books, but its still in the processing stage. And the payment option is online only, if you are giving online mode then atleast dispatch it by 3 days.
