Responds well especially when you turn the screen to have you bar code ready at cashier. Rarely bugs. The interface and personal list could be improve as well as the purchased history.
Could be a bit faster when pulling data from products. well done on matching suggestions. Could automaticaly proceed after .5-1 second If only one item in lists (in favorits for examle)
Really nice app. Works well considenring all the complexity behind making an app like this. Only thing missing is some push notification system in order to know when a product becomes available online or in a saq near by.
The app is unclear if I can order items that are available online for delivery, if they are not available at the store closest to me. I'm not sure how that is that even relevant? If it is available online, ship it to me! The app does not have customer service support. The app has very broad and not specific search filters that return a broad result. Very unsatisfied. (Sidebar, I am perfectly bilingual, so it is not relevant to me, but their English translation is subpar).
Pretty cool app but the store search function could definitely be improved.
The most annoying feature is that side menu where some items require you to login every time although the app already requires a login which has a timeout on top of all things ...it defeats the purpose of the app being easy to use to go check your orders and status. The second annoying thing is related to the saq itself more than the app...food pairing is only available for tagged wines, you should offer pairing based on the grappe variety...but the rest is working and there are good features.
Fantastic app. Not only can you accumulate points for future purchases, you can search, save, and scan products, adding them to your favorites as you like. You can also view your purchase history, search for stores nearby, as well as find which store has your favorite product in stock. A lifesaver!
Very fast and professional.
Generally a great app, but the navigation to the one feature I use the most (managing/using my Wishlist) is very poorly designed. Why is it buried under "Favourites"? This makes no sense - if it's in my wishlist that means I haven't tried it before so it can't be a favourite. I waste 10 minutes and use many swear words trying to find the wishlist when I need it. Maybe now that I've spent the time writing this review I'll have this nonsensical navigation flow committed to memory?
Much better than carrying a gazillion plastic cards in my wallet, fast, convenient and smart, love the fact that you tilt the phone to landscape to reveal the barcode and offers the convenience of listing past purchases and accumulated points with recommendations based on your purchases, lists and likes. Really nice! Kudos
The algorithm has decided my profile and seldom offers me discounts on stuff I actually buy (I always buy the same thing). It keeps offering me white wines and wines from the US and Canada when I've never bought either. I have to rely on my friends to purchase my products for me - they got the "correct profile". The search capability is subpar, offering such random selections that you often can't find what you are looking for unless you look it up online.
I stand corrected! Thank you for the feedback. The application is working well beside little bug here and there(slow down when doing search sometime, multiple item tab opening). But for the most part, it's working well.
Very practical and enjoyable. While online order delivery still needs to be more efficient, and when not, could provide alternative means like store pick-up any time, even if initially to be delivered, the shopping experience and suggested offers are worth it.
Somewhat unintuitive layout when you first start using the app. The search filters are limited and makes 'browsing' difficult. You need to know what you want to buy to make good use of this app.
Easy to use. Excellent for keeping items in your wish list. Calculates all your points, and provides excellent search navigation for products you may be looking for!!
With this new update I have to re-login every single time and it's annoying. I've seen wines in store that are not on the app. What's the point of the app when it doesn't give you all the info? It's 2020, why can't I get delivery to my door when I order rather than days later? Plus the delivery fee is high given the wait time.
so far no problem, like that I can use it on the SAQ in-store terminal to see my profile. Very easy to use, the built-in camera capture is great for adding wines to your list.
When completing my profile,I'm asked for my birthday date, but there is no field where to enter it,so I cannot complete my profile.
Info on products, discounts, product scanning, many useful features
Needs work, a lot of bugs on the app and it would need to accept using points to pay on the app. Also would be nice if it remembered your payment info. Feels like a government application should be a bit better than this UPDATE: Yeah you can do all this now. Good job guys.
This app is garbage if you don't log on often it won't let you log on and you have to reset your password, very annoying. I shouldn't have to log in often & should have the right to update my password when I want.
When there is an update available, The application opens but forces you to update. Inconvenient when you are simply trying to scan the barcode for points.
Latest update provides more detailed description of a given product. The Filters in the Favourites list do not work well. Your unfiltered list never returns to the latest added after clearing a filter.
The design is very human. Very easy to use.
Works great, very well integrated with stores. Now, if only the "search the inventory of a store in particular" function can be added, I'd be all the happier! Well done.
Better than it used to be it seems. Once, after a short time of browsing the app would bog down and not load items/run slowly. Now I can keep searching for things and although sometimes I need to wait for inventory & reviews to appear, everything will continue to load and not freeze up. When trying to find outlets it would be ideal if the map started in a zoomed in area where your preferred one is located.
