All of your passengers' details are securely stored with us. Get all your details filled by just entering your Id.
Our app bookings are integrated with Sadad, and users get notified with the Sadad Bill Reference by SMS & email to expedite the payments.
Manage Booking:
Our app lets you manage every aspect of travel from seat selection to get up-to-date arrival and departure times for all trips.
Select or change preferred seats for each of the passengers in the booking with great ease, well in advance.
Perform updates and cancel bookings by providing reservation number.
mBoarding Pass:
Check in of passengers while on the move using our mBoarding Pass feature, after buying tickets.
No more printing out boarding passes at the last minute - with the new App you can get boarding passes for the passengers, saved to your smartphone.
Boarding pass are saved on iPhone and you do not have to worry about connectivity while at the station.
Train Status & Schedules
Search and track our trains for the latest arrival and departure times.
Notifications:
SAR will send notifications to your app after you have paid for tickets.
We recommend all our customers to opt in for receiving notifications on the mobile app so as to receive these.

Updated review: The new update seems good but we can't log in to be able to see our previous tickets :) Laggy, would log me out every time , Sometimes a lot of trips are shown in the website but not in the application ,please fix :)
Previous application (SRO) was way better than this one.. Always lagging and it's very difficult to manage bookings (cancelation, rescheduling, refund)
So far no problem regarding booking a trip. Quite convenient to use application
Very slow and it's hard to book ticket not like before with sro.
The app is very slow, does not work well, and, does not allow me to book a trip! I tried so many times. But, I couldn't. This app is useless. I do not recommend it.
The previous app SRO was much easier. Only ID# is to be inserted for the rest of the information to be pulled out.
App is unfriendly, and you can't log in with account details to view past train bookings.
Finally! They fixed it with a whole new interface with new friendly user steps.. Thank you π ππ»

Today it's not working only says update
It's lagging a lot, the app isn't working, it keeps shutting down and SRO was better and easier to deal with. + the new system that u should pay in 15 minute is horrible + the new system that there's no waiting list for any trips is terrible
Passenger profile not exist. tickets download not available. It's incompleted App.
Excellent application, easy and user-friendly navigation, very nice colour theme. Nice and easy font. Seat allocation functionality is excellent.
stations name are not matching with station codes and search results are not coming
I just updated it because it won't open unless I update it, then when I did the app kept failing, what bug fixes did you fix if it doesn't even open. I HAVE A TRAIN TONIGHT
Very bad application. SRO was good and easily accessible. This app always don't have any seats.kindly fix the issues and make convenient and user friendly.
Crappy and useless little app. Material design is not friendly and not smart. Entering the year of date of birth is time wasting. App freezes when attempting payment. I don't see the rationale for asking to change the password often, even banks don't do this. Uninstall.
SAR has Bug issues, everytime I open app it collapses,so I uninstalled it, and SRO is better coz you can have a reservation, This new app you don't have choice but to pay outright..
Very bad experience, i paid money under this apps and didn't get any ticket ... I lost my money and spend more then 80 sr to called they're customer care. No one cares.. and i didn't get my refund stupid people are handling this service...
Not functioning. Really useless interface. SAR App Developers. There are so many good travel apps out there, please please please look at some and develop your app according.
It's not working, it's lagging. Even I re-downloaded, still problem is same. It's a request to look into the problem and sort out

The previous App was more easy and simple I Don't know why you change the old App. Please check the process and make it more convenient π
Useless app not working
Boarding and booking trips not found...
- The boarding deleted after you exit from the app - No login account
Crashing, please update. the previous version was working fine. either update or downgrade the current version.
If I get out of the app and return back it will reset everything! And I can't autofill the passengers information!
