Hopeless App. From past 2 years many time it say your transaction is time out & SMS comes. Immidiatly you receive 2nd message that amount is debited to your account. Many time debit sms is not given. If you re attempt the transaction which goes through. Latter on you find that amount is transferred twice. Now a days IMPS amount is not received by party nor is re credited to own account. Any enquiry with bank they say it may take 72 hours to get the amount back. What if amount is bigger?
I forgot my password, and after trying 3 time accout got locked. Now the app say Kindly re register to login. Unfortunately there is no re register button In fact thers is a single link "Register now/ forgot password?" Which happen to land me on Enter customer ID page, And once I enter the ID, it again asks for password on password page. But the password is the thing I forgot right? and the best part is that on entering wrong password o that page, it again asks me to re-registr.😅
After changes made in app, I was asked to update, then after updating unable to make any payment since that i only shows CONECTION IS NOT SECURE, No reply, or any rectification from bank, always shows the same as Conection is not secure
Useless App. So many problematic. You enever ever improving your app. Careless with customers. How you opened bank and managing our money is doublt to me. It's Indian's most worst App in banking.
Such a third class app and services Saraswat bank have must to work on ther services and facilities ... They never notified at proper time of transition period... Vast app according to me...
Pathetic experience. I am trying to add a valid payee and it says account number and IFSC code don't match. It matches for all banks but not this bank. Then I tried to do imps to same number, money deducted and got message saying transaction timed out. Then I tried to pay by QR code than i got a funny popup that says, bank connection is not available. Hello Saraswat bank, your digital services are worst!
Everytime I request for customised statement on app I have never ever recvd...even after sending multiple email....how ever I am receiving my monthly statement on same email id....kindly look into the matter and solve the issue
Third class App... always getting error as "Technical error" whenever i click on services and on Accounts... please improve
Only options are there but not working. Uploading email id from 1 week but its not work. Worst app
Time Out! If you can't manage why lounch this application! First' of all its too much slow to open in every step showing "please wait". Rs. 22000 stuck for the reason "Time Out" and procedure of return wait 24 hour, if not refunded then you have to visit Branch or u can mail a dispute form to bank, after that don't know how much time it will take 🙄. 22000 is very much for middle class family and the bank don't care about it.

Every time showing connection is not available please try again later very bad service it's getting late to payment of companies make the service fast
While trying to log in I am getting error that your application is old version even after updating to latest, please it's urgent

They don't wants talking about charged paneltis. When i deposit mony they will cut anytime. I already spoke to bank staff and i was clear amount which they said after that they cut my money so many time. 😐
From the day the app has been updated I'm trying to update it through cellular data as well as from wifi. But no luck. N because of the pending update my transactions have been stuck. Kindly help me out.
There is some technical error while updating email id.
Bad experience not received OTP and branch staff not support to solve the problem
I think overall the app performs well. The desired operations are carried out well. There are some areas of improvement thought: 1. The app needs a better user interface. It feels outdated compared to some other blanking apps for example HDFC Bank or ICICI Bank etc. 2. I face issues with cardless cash withdrawal. It does not let me select the account, mobile number but it allows me to enter the amount only. This prevents me from using this functionality of the app. Please update the app asap.
I've been using the app for the past 2 years and it used to perform absolutely well untill the recent update. After the current update it has too many problems 1. Whenever I try to open a FD/RD for 13 months it shows tenure months should be zero 2. Sometimes shows web service error 3. When I try to get interest chart of FD Cumulative option it shows no chart. Actions taken so far. Tried clearing cache Tride reinstalling the app Please help I want to create FD and this app was good previously.
As far as I have used this app I feel like its the best because it gets the features bang on and it is so straight forward and well optimized, each click is smooth and doesn't load new pages and stuff. It has all the details and account so well organized that its saves time and effort. Only req I feel as a zoomer is that, I would love to have dark mode. It would make this app look so much better and professional cuz it has some niche and scuffed vibe to it.

Worst and useless app. Unable to transfer money, always gives the message " Dynamic pin is sent to your mobile number blah blah blah" , in reality the PIN never comes. Tried NEFT many times but couldn't do. Very dangerous In case of emergency. Installed many times but nothing happened, I wish Saraswat people should have made any game app for timepass than this bank app. Very poor in performance. I think change in bank account is the option remained only...
The app has recently started giving a lot of trouble.. it just doesn't launch.. sometimes it launches and the login takes more than 10-15mins.. most of the times, it just hangs.. used to work wonderfully earlier.. now it's completely annoying.. cannot operate my accounts at all...
Worst app. When i go to register, my login pin is successfully changed. But when i try to login, it shows invalid pin. This issue is occuring from around 2-3 months and still the development team is not able to resolve the issue. Shame on this. This is the basic flow of an app which is non-functional
I loved the app and its security. But the app may be more reliable and easy. Change the interface and and direct upi payment options. I again telling make easy user interface. Overall app is good. Also add rewards when we pay with banks upi application.
A lot of bugs, time out errors for IMPS and user interface is getting slower every update. please fix the UI or change it we're losing balance which gets refunded but the entire amount is unavailable in time of need.
