In the Covid19 situation your app doesn't work always showing this error message "something went wrong" at the end of the day we have to go out to the branch and print the passbook from the bank. Please fix your app🤦🏻♀️ It is useless if it doesn't work then remove from Google Play don't keep it here in playstore. Worst app ever. 😤😠😡
I am really very sorry to tell that this is useless app. For last more than a month I am trying to access this app. After selecting language and putting mobile number, the verification process is not being done. I get message "Something went wrong. Pl try later". Today I have reloaded the app but the message is same. It's high time for the bank to look into it.
This used to work nicely earlier, but not working now for many months. It asks phone number for sending otp, and when phone number is entered, it gives error - Something went wrong. Please try again later. This is happening consistently, many months.
What is wrong with this new update ? I was using this app since last 1 year, and suddenly after 25 November 2019 it stopped working... I tried to log in with the same number, but it isn't working. This is one of the worst app I hv ever encountered .Each time I enter my registered number I get the error'Something went wrong. Please try later'. In the entire lockdown period the app hasn't worked. Guys please do the required fixes and get the app working
I didn't remember whether this app was funtional for even 2 months from August 2019, Slow at development and bug fixes, No recent releases to fix...Sign in problem.. this app has just stuck in that very place since november 2019.
Unable to login. Everytime i try to login , app shows pop of "something went wrong & please try again " . Its been more than a month now. Kindly fix up the bug earliest. Its annoying
Useless app and useless bank, unable to get simple statement which other bank do in matter of seconds. It says connection error.
Application is not responding and not able to login it's showing "something went wrong" from past 3 months , I have asked the banker about the issues he said the app is been developing the problems so may it takes time to recover still it's like that only no improvements,anyway the Gomo application is working properly.
Suddenly stopped working from last 3 months,initally gave 3 stars but now its worth is only this much, i uninstalled and installed it again, then it asks for mobile number but then alert msg pops out as something went wrong, plz look into it. My app is not working since last 4 months It says error please try after some time. I am trying since 6 months. Updated the application for more than 3 4 times. Still error is same. I receive all msg and notification on by bank on my Mobile Number so there is no issue with mobile number its app issue. Kindly resolve very poor.
Looks like something went wrong with bank rather than app.. There are so many customers reported same issue as unable to login but did not actioned yet. This is frustrating now. I hope it would be fixed soon.
Very very bad Experience After downloading the app and selecting a language it stops at OTP... It mentions one obe message that CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE could not use the App at all.
This app gives details of accounts associated with only one registered mobile number. Most mobile handsets now come with two sims and hence it will be helpful if the app can provide for two sims, so that details of two accounts having different mobile numbers registered with the bank can be made available.
What us wrong with the M-Passbook app. Was working fine till a cpl of months ago. I hv even tried uninstalling and installing the app again... but it keeps on giving a msg 'Something went wrong, Pls try again later'. Can you guys pls chk and revert. Why does this error keep on persisting... pls do something about this
Taking long time to login & when it is login it says your session is expired & unable to view the statement. Very useless & irritating app. Kindly update the app & resolve the issues.
Pls don't download the app, it always says 'something went wrong try again later' there's alot wrong with your app! If y'all didn't want us to access the app why the hell y'all made it in the first place? This problem has been there since i downloaded the app. Thanks.
Tried to open it a multiple times. A pop up appears saying that something went wrong always and the app cannot be opened.
3rd class application, never works, from last 2 month this application of mine is not working, always shows only one msg, "something went wrong please try again letter" if not able to maintain the application then jst dont launch it 😠
App is not at all good. Always getting error messages. If you can't afford to provide services online, then it's better that you don't make any random useless app also!

This time after i stallion when i enter my otp during login, instead of log the app annoyingly shows that my app is an older version, oneed an updated version from playstore. But in playstore my app is latest, there is no ipdate versiin available. Please give a solution
This app is not updated since last 6 months. And have so many bugs. Now I can't even login. It is kind request to resolve the issue as soon as possible so that we customers can use it smoothly.
During this lockdown situation alteast make this app workable.even if we visit bank printing of passbook is not allowed which we can understand condierinf the situation but alteast make this app to be in working condition so that we can check what is the balance and everything.This app is not working since last three months now where we can check the balance and everything.Please suggest.otherwise I am going to withdraw all the amount and will put in some bank which can provide more facilities.
What's wrong with this app, I tried recent 4 day to login in this app, every time i write mobile number and click send OTP then error message appears " something went wrong tray again later" My mobile number is correct because i am using this app past 6 to 7 months it works perfectly but last 3 day i am not able to login and check by passbook, I reinstall the app but nothing happens.
