this has been my bank for many, many years. Always so helpful and friendly, finding the best solutions to financial situations. Also the app is so helpful checking my balance and transferring funds!
Takes too long to transfer funds from external source. Other banks at least show the order when placed so you know your order/transfer was placed. Hard to navigate as well.
Started banking here over 3 decades ago. This is the best bank I ever had in my life. This APP is so good... I live in the Fkorida Keys right now. This APP still allows me to bank from a far. I can deposit my pay checks with no issues. Use my card where ever I want. Thank SNB
It used to work fine, but now it always kicks me out every time I try to deposit a check, which is what I mainly even downloaded the app for. I can do everything else I need in a browser.
Very intuitive. Easy to check activity, transfer money between accounts, and do mobile deposits. Every bit as good as the big banks.
Great App! Very user friendly! Occassional issues with log in but generally problem is fixed pretty quickly.
Very easy app to use. I like the transfer option to be able to save for a rainy day!

Worked great for a while but now it crashes all the time. Just uninstalled it.

Declines deposit that are under review WAY to many times. Very frustrating.
I constantly have to fully reset my password at least once a month.

Constantly logs me out for "inactivity" in the midst of a deposit.
It blocks my deposit with this notice that comes up saying are the images clear, can you see the account and routing numbers? Then there is nothing to click on so I'm stuck until I get timed out of the app. I end up having to redo it. It's extremely frustrating and I wish you would fix it.
