I ordered a Saree on 12july2020.They never shipped the product untill I make any contact.after almost 15days later they shipped the parcel.Their courier partner return the parcel without making any contact with me.So I placed return request before it delivered to seller so that after delivering the product I will get my money back.Now it delivered to seller and they again shipped the parcel with their same Currier service.no professionalism. And rude behaviour.number one cheap service.
The order that was delivered was very different from the one displayed in the app. Don't get anything from this store.

One of the most awful online retailer ever.he m Horrible return policy. I had to return the product but their terms and conditions state, that ONLY 70% OF THE PRICE OF THE ITEM IS REFUNDABLE. In addition to this, the delivery charges are non refundable and we need to bear the expenses of the courier to return it. This is the only way they can make money I guess. The quality is so horrible that you would get better ones on the road side.
