Saregama Classical

There are a few good collections. But the MAIN problem is unknown causes which interrupt and silence the Audio, while the player shows it's on and not stopped/paused. The dependencies of this App isn't clear. Is it Battery Saver or Bluetooth or the Screen saver which might be responsible or is it the App when in Background behaves odd/buggy. Or simply, does not buffer properly. [Using free 7-day trial one]

Amazing collection. 5 stars for the contents. Service is little unreliable, both app and the service needs some improvement. Update (1/4/2022): Reducing rating to 3. Looks like development team has no interest in improving this app. - Still sluggish unreliable app. Sometimes it stops paying songs altogether, - Casting feature is unstable. - No web interface.

There is so much potential in this but I wish as much enthusiasm was put into it as Zakir's fingers exude on the tabla. So many issues, pieces simply stop playing abruptly irrespective of how strong the network/wifi is, playlist doesn't update, no indication on lock screen, unlike any standard music player doesn't remain in the background playing even if the app is removed from the dock... Am sure there will be many more bugs and inefficiencies but I cant take it any more after just 48 hrs.

Excellent collection. Five stars simply for the sheer database of the app. Two stars for the app design and mainly poor ux and glitches. Songs automatically pause all the time. I am in US and using a high speed broadband connection. The only reason I am paid subscriber is due to the collection. This app needs serious revamp on the front end side.

Excellent app which works in a smooth manner. Decent collection of classical songs. However, subscription charges are on the higher side. Offlined songs go away if you do not renew subscription. Thats a bit harsh considering the higher subscription charges. Further, there is no frequent updates to the collection!

This app used to be my favourite till the new release came in. My existing subscription is not recognized. After waiting for a period, I reported the issue on August 9, 2018. It is yet to be fixed. The only response I get is to Uninstall and reinstall. I have lost all my faith in the app and also some money in the form of subscription.

For the content SaReGaMa has, the music available in the app is comparatively less. Why not make all of their collections available? Plus, it is truly unfair to even say that your trail has ended before it even began! I had to subscribe before I could even use the service! But the classification on basis of raagas and explanation provided is a thoughtful initiative indeed.

The app looks good but functionality is poor. I paid for a subscription but no music is playing or downloading. The app also promises offlining the music but there is no way to cancel a pending offline download. Please fix this!

beautiful app... great treasure of music, hangs a little but great overall. it stops abruptly in the middle and we have to play the music from the start all over again... Please fix this ASAP it spoils the overall experience....

Although the app is good overall, it appears to suffer from poor or irregular maintenance and updating. The Theme of the Day section is inactive for several days now.So also, the Birthday Special section. The Film Music section does appear to have been updated after the launch of the app.

Storage of really great music but app maintenance is worst. I did monthly subscription but app is not working. Contact the developer they just told to reinstall the app. Which is not a solve for the problem. Don't install this.

The only thing i love about this app,is bcoz of Collection of the songs are very rich.But, whenever i tried to choose a plan, stupid pop-up messeng appeared saying" confirm your state of resident" I really want to use this app. Can there be a way out? Plz help.

The apication is very good. Hope it is adding new materials as time goes on. I would like to hear the new Carnatic singers like Pranavam Sankaran Namboodiri. The only complaint I have is that you dont have the playlist offline. Make the Playlist offline. Add new, younger artists to your collection. Now I find that my Playlist doesn't open at all. I have serious doubts whether you people update the artists or programs. Sorry your quality is down.

I never knew I needed this in my life! The app has some really good collection. It has such potential. I wish it was possible to lower the price of subscriptions for students or just in general. More activity and upgrades would be nice too.

I am giving 2 stars because, although, it has great music, the app stops playing music after playing 2 or 3 items. Its spoils the whole experience.

It's a Collection, better to say a legend collection at one Space on internet.. Really thank the thought giver to Creator and their Team.. Elders really love it.. had installed it on my Parents Cell Phone.. Dad had asked a few names and their Songs were available in the app..!!! Great app in a pool of Things online..!!!

This app has rich repository of songs and ragaas which are very well classified. Some of the rare renditions from great artists are also available on this App. I look forward to hearing The Theme of the Day section. The commentary is also well researched.

It's a great app, I have always been carried away by Indian Classical music and this app has given me a great treasure. It has a great collection of all the great singers. I'm grateful for the developers to have done a superb job

I am using tjis app from last 2 years and i find it Best application for classical music. Everthing at one place. Raga, instrumental, vocal and along with artist details. Loved it.

Using paid version of this App from last 3 years. Day by Day the app is becoming worst . It stopped showing morning afternoon evening Raagas, stopped showing editor's picks . What was offered in trail pack was completely different then what is offered today by this app. Still using for the love of classical music but the saregama company should is least bothered about customer feedback. This is my fourth attempt to get in touch with company and resolve the issue.

This is the best app for Indian classical music. The songs are well categorised. I would like to recommend Saregama to also add Marathi classical songs and Natya Sangeet, currently only Hindi songs are available. Thank you.

This app is an amazing find. A treasure trove of curated classical music. For us, my wife & I, having gotten initiated to hindustani classical music (towards the later half of our lives) Saregama Classical is turning out to be a true companion. Pleaee dont subscribe. Once you have given the money it's over. iPlease refer the ticket number 243625 . I have written many emails regarding my subscription and unable to login. And I was not able to cast. I was told by you people to uninstall and install.I did that.Now I am not able to login. I paid the amount June 1st before for 3 months 10 USD. I wrote the mail to them on June 1st. back. Either you should refund my money back or solve my problem.

Paid for the subscription, but not able to login. I don't understand why these guys come up with some odd authentication mechanism which they can't handle. Raised the complain, still haven't got any workable solution. Suggestion like uninstall, signin. Hope these guys will fix this defect.

I have been listening to the songs with great joy. These songs display the richness of Indian cultural heritage and should be preserved by any means. I thank wholeheartedly the SAREGAMA authority for developing such an excellent App.
