Convenient app to order from. I enjoy the feature that tracks your order process. Easy to enter coupon codes. The only thing that can be an inconvenience is the navigation from one section of the menu to the next. If I want to back up to the last page I was viewing, it tends to send me back to the main page instead.

This app is great! Although I already love their pizza, ordering from this app made me love it more because of how easy it is to use. I hate talking on the phone if I can help it and that includes making food orders. I tend to get anxious and mess up my order. This usually means I head to other delivery apps when ordering but many do not include the entire menu, but the tracking works and everything that's on the menu is included in this app so that is just phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!

the best pizza. recently fixed issues in the app. it is working great for me. a little clunky, but useable and useful on the go. could really use some work though. no access to your account history. if you accidentally click of trackingb your order, you can't get back to it. you can order food, but that is about all.

This is a helpful app bit the options to view what toppings come on specialty and gormet pizzas is very restricted. You have to click on the customize button to see what comes on the pizza and then close out of the pop up window to return to the menu. Each time you have to confirm you haven't completed the customization.

The app is very user friendly. Easy to place an order. It keeps you updated about the status of the order. I would give 5 stars but the driver tracker needs some work. Not always accurate as far as where the driver actually is or how close. Otherwise very good app

Sarpino's has the best pizza and calzones around. They are the only place I order from. There delivery is always on time. If there ever is a problem, which is VERY rare, the management is quick to offer a replacement or refund. The app is convenient and the only way I place orders. It keeps track of my past orders and is easy and convenient.

Love the App. Easy to use, and order edit friendly. The specials, coupons there is something for everyone and it can be ordered right here. They even have a tracker built I so you know where your order is. Not only is the app Awesome, but the food is great..

App has gotten better. Easy to use for most part. Sometimes it is difficult to see entire order at checkout screen...gets convoluted, and have to scroll within partial view but may just be phone thing. Overall good.

This is a very easy app to use. The menu is clear and straightforward, with drop-down choices to customize your order. It also remembers commonly purchased items so that you can re-order a favorite with just one click.

Great app! I love how easy it is to customize your order and find vegan options. It shows your previous orders so reordering is super quick and easy. You can track your order and know right when it's arriving!

I love being able to track my order, and all of the options they have both for sauces on the pizza and as dipping sauces. The pizza tastes great and I love the cheese. My favorite dip is garlic butter. Free delivery is amazing.

It's a pizza ordering app. You can customize your pizza, order it, then go pick it up or have it delivered. If I had any complaint, all food apps should give you an ETA before you order. That's probably really hard to do though so I don't really expect it.

This app makes it so easy to order from Sarpino's! You can repeat a previous order, and even get real time delivery updates -- they're totally accurate. I love using the app to order, customization is a breeze and I can place my order in minutes. Try it out, you'll love it!

Address book has a common fatal flaw. It uses the zip code to determine the city. The zip code database returns the postal region which doesn't always match the city associated with the street address. The program checks the address but can't find it in the postal zone. To make matters worse, the"city" field can't be modified. Web site has the same problem Can't do online orders because a valid address can't be added.

The app is easy to use and does not spam with notifications, which I appreciate. Also makes it simple to reorder my favorite items and track my order to see where it is. One of the good retaurant apps out there.

I had been ordering through a third party app...d'oh! Downloading and ordering through the REAL sarpinos app is a game changer. Now I'm directly connected to the restaurant my family loves, AND every time I order we earn coupons to use on our next order. WIN-WIN-WIN!! I wish more of my favorite places had apps this good. Thank you Sarpinos! #1 in apps AND #1 in pizza!

app keeps saying my session has expired and reboots, very irritating. This may be the only time I order, won't go through this again, no matter how good your pizza is. This also happened on my computer so it is your app and website timing out

This app makes it very easy for me to place an order! It allows me to customize my food just the way I want it, which is great. In my time using the app, I haven't experienced any bugs, so it has been a smooth experience!

App is unable to achieve connection. I tried it on WiFi and mobile, no luck. Even tried clearing cache, data and also uninstalling and reinstalling. Still didn't work.

I wish I could give it a better rating. Wanted to order to try it but both the app and website keep saying "session expired" every 30 seconds so we can't even view the menu. Bummer. 🤷‍♀️

Signs you up for spam mail when ordering. Wouldn't update location. Auto signs you out before you can track your order. Tries to add a new location for every order despite it already being in list.

It's a hit or miss, sometimes it's great, others times it takes forever and cold food arrives. When it comes fresh and hot it's delicious but they usually always mess up our sauces!

Bottom line this app let's me customize my order. I'm a serious foodie and if I can customize a meal to exactly how I want it. I'm a fan. Sarpino's uses only the freshest ingredients so when I get my meal the green peppers crunch there so fresh. They always get my customized orders right! and that's important. I feel that Sarpino's don't rush the orders just to get the order out. They take the right amount of time and then offer speedy delivery. I also have complete trust that from the kitchen to the delivery person that my meal is made adhering to public health department standards and contactless delivery.

Since the update, the app freezes up and doesn't work at all! I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still doesn't work. This is so beyond frustrating.

Easy to navigate. Keeps a history for fast re-ordering of your favorites. Coupons and discounts are a little confusing to add

App AND website are garbage. I live 10 minutes from this place, but when adding address, it won't let me add the f___king city, so the zip code keeps defaulting another city in & I keep getting "can't find address" I guess this company doesn't want my money. Cool.

I love this app because it is easy to order from , easy to pay for and has lots of special deals not to mention Reward points for discounts. The calzones and salads are awesome.
