Very bad experience! Even after booking appointment in the morning and paying the fee, we still haven't got appointment for 4 hours and on enquiring no one knows what happened except that they got their fee.
cardiology department not visible in drop down option for booking appointments. Dr Amit Kumar's name is not mentioned in drop down list. it seems app is not updated regularly.App. will not help booking appointments. Please get this resolved
Non functional app.Older version was working fine. Not working at all after last update. Tried at more than one mobile.👎👎
Pathetic app. Every time hang when u book appointment. U can not view or download reports . Hospital should find some alternate of it.
Got the message on the phone that check the reports from app but here on app the reports are not showing.. So I could not see the reports at all
Too Bad for booking appointment.. I was trying it for then 30 min.. then finally I searched other options available... Please avoid Wasting time..
Get a message with a link that all reports available in app but there are not reports in the app , otherwise everything thing is well

Irresponsible behaviour and sluggish response !!!!! No reply at all from the hospital staff of the number of reviews submitted by the people. Reports are never available on app without mobile message link .......
Terrible experience. I am Not able to access the reports. The biochemistry reports were to be ready in 4hours. Not able to access after 24 hours.

Unable to login and hence not able to book an appointment, download reports, the older version was working fine. Its really frustrating, we are delaying the visit for a week now since the hospital punishes you for 3-4 hrs for not having a prior appointment. Seeing other comments, hospital is losing out on lots of business it seems.
