App does what it should for a traveller on the go. Recent change in booking flow where prices for plus etc is not visible is a change for the worse, and the extra page listing what's included is cluttered and hard to read. It is now much more difficult to see what a flight will cost, making the in-app booking experience much worse. Please revert.

This app has more bugs than functioning content. Downloaded magazines in the app. App crashes when I try to open the things I've downloaded. Couldn't check in through the app, had to do it in a browser. On my outbound flight I could still get my boarding pass in the app. On my return flight it just said error...

I have a flysas account and I can login with the web page. However. I cannot use the app. It says I must register to EuroBonus to login... i don see why i have to do that to see my bookings. On the other hang. I tried to register for it on the web page and it doesn't let me. It gives an error that "something went wrong". So. I'm in a loop...

I'm having exactly the same problem as Cristian when trying to use the app. I can login on the web but cannot update my details as I get a "Something went wrong" error message.

I can only search for flights in the app if i log in, and your website doesn't work. I can't select return date.

Awful, totally useless unable to enter dob and register, just as bad as their website also useless unable to do anything on that refuses CC details and adding information to booking details when I'm being promoted, call up your in a Q for 30 minutes last person very abrasive awful customer service

Overall quite good! I would really like a low fare calendar with selectable ticket types. For example, if I want to fly Plus Smart to Tokyo sometime in October, I want the app to show me the cheapest dates for that.

For the most part. This app works fine. But the main reason to have an airline app is to have easy access to your boarding pass. And this apps fails tremendously on that. I can always check in just fine. But the app never manages to show me my boarding pass. It always gives an error. If this isn't fixed I'll delete it from my phone.

Used to have no problem with the app. Now I tried to check in via the app, but it failed to retrieve my boarding pass. So strange. Then I tried to check in via website, requested to retrieve my boarding pass in the app. Still didn't work. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalled and installed the app again. It still doesn't show my boarding pass. Such a bad customer experience.

One of the few airline apps which really scores on giving the traveller what she needs at the right time/easily accessible, works pretty well offline (as opposed to e.g. LH and BA apps), and quite rich on functionality. Changing seats after check-in (up to boarding starts) is one example. One missing feature is booking of more than OW/RT journeys.

Norwegian air app is better cause you can see lowprice calender. Sas app is better instead with in app eurobonus reward infos

Not really useful app in US I assume do too excess amount of Europe regulation for user identity none of the US base app user are able to get even their own information out of the app so this is pretty useless if you spend 45 minutes to set up your account with them and after checking they ended up telling you they are not able to show your checking information in US version of their app

Maybe would have been a good app 10 years ago but now just looks outdated and feels cluncky. Questionable functionality as well.

One of the better airline apps for the frequent traveler. The key features work reliable: easy to book or grab your boarding pass, but also includes some nice extras such as offline newspapers. The app is stable and well maintained. My wish list: Google Pay integration for boarding passes and multicity booking.

Can't login, it keeps asking me to set an app code and then throws me back to the login page. I'm not loving the experience...

Multi-city booking option is absolutely necessary.

SAS needs to invest time and money into better user experience on both the app and the website. Pretty darn good airline. Pretty darn below average app and website.

I fly SAS around four times every week. Everything works ok for me in this app, apart from getting boarding passes. Every booking is: "Right now we have no valid boarding passes saved here". So this app is in reality pointless, as I have to go and print out a boarding pass in any terminal every single time.. Fix this asap!

Incredibly slow and non responsive. You click a button, it looks like nothing is happening and then a few seconds later the screen updates. Offers the check-in button on flights where I'm already checked in.

Terrible app to match a terrible airline. I have no idea why one has to log in each time and if one forgets the password since, one logs in perhaps once or twice a month, you have to reset it which often doesn't work. Pointless!

Can't search if your not logged in. And can't login because the app don't support opening the Firefox browser...

Missing a seat reservation feature inside the actual app. One that does not redirect to the web, and often never work. Also the old point push bar used for bonus points in the booking process would be welcomed back. The above issues solved would rate 5 ⭐

One of the best flight app's I've tried. Internet connection on board planes is a bit of a hassle, this should be possible to do via the app. The app knows your status as a Eurobonus member and your seat and if internet is not free for you, payment can be done via the app. If that feature is included then five stars from me.

Features an airline app should have that the SAS app does not: easily accessible flight info, gate information, airport maps, if the flight is on time, updated info - the push notifications are slower than the boards in the airport. If the app doesn't let you get a boarding pass (seems to be a 50/50 chance) you can't get gate info or flight info. Not a very useful app to have if you need to Google flight info separately.

We were travelling from Split airport to Copenhagen. When we tried to check in it said that our booking was not found. After numerus attempts in both the app and web, I called customer service who told that it was only manual check in (even though the app says open for check in) Why doesn't your app give this information, instead of just displaying "error booking not found".
