Keeps failing pathetically more especially the merchant top up option. The button keeps disappointing when you want to top up. Fix it, it's annoying calling customer support every now and then. Also the OTP should be picking automatically no need to input it manually.

Awesome!! This application is the future of communication especially here on the continent of Africa. It is an all in one app with some of the best and coolest features that include remit, sasai pay, podcasts, watch, live tv etc. However it would be great if you can add books and reference feature in your next update and optimize the app also so that it can load fast on different devices.

The first thing a person sees when opening your app is a detterent in itself with that stretched out splash screen 🤦‍♂️ . After that, you've got annoying Wi-Fi notifications popping up like unwanted ads.. Really? It still crashes every time I try changing my profile picture. This has been an issue since August last year when I initially tried it out. Your updates have only added more features to a flawed base. I'm not a developer but you're Cassava guys. Please put more effort. 😢 I plead.

I really like the whole Sasai idea as an app but it basically never connects properly. I consistently have the updated versions but don't know if it's cause of the poor network connection or who knows what, I've never really been able to use the app. Its promising to be a great innovation but especially during the day haisevenze app yacho. Always getting the oops connection error even with the private wifi bundle it's really disappointing. Tigadzirireiwo poor network purizi!

It's quite funny that it works well on Wifi than on its own bundle. With the Sasai bundle, you can only use the underdeveloped chat and moments 🤭 PS: I failed to update to the latest version 🤸🏽‍♂️

come back to change my review on this app after l use Visa card for transactions. Great app, good rates, fast and reliable

Nothing to do with payments works, atleast if you are going to shove an application down people's throats make sure it works, trying to buy airtime it tells me that I will receive a prompt which I never get. I can't even switch from the airtime to the data tab. Cant make any payment at all because the prompt never comes, good concept nice looking app.....but if nothing works what's the point really?

Absolutely❤️ this app. It's the next thing best thing for Zim&Africa. But could you please add a SasaiChat so we can directly talk to the developers incase we are facing problems. I was also wondering if you could add a feature for us to link are bank cards too so that we can immediately deposit our money when we've received it (at par with the rate), I've seen the option for visa cards bt seems it hasn't been activated yet. I think option to transfer money shouldnt be lmt to ecocsh users only!

The app has disrupted my speaker on Huawei gr5 and vodafone vf100. We tried to make a sasai call using these phones i.e having them call each other, we cancelled the call before it was picked up and both phone's speakers started acting weird as they lost volume. This affected every app on the phone from youtube to tunein. We managed to regain the volume on the Vodafone by removing the battery. ps the default calling app was not affected by this bug.

Trash app💩. You pay for something and you dont get the service, or your money back. It won't even go past the login screens. Otp login doesn't work, Facebook login doesn't work, Google login doesn't work. What a disappointment. I doubt any sort of testing was carried out by the developers. Uninstalling.

Awesome app, to knowledge up but the only bad experience I've is that when listening to a podcast it pauses every minute and when you hit play, it starts all over again. I don't know if it's deliberate but pls can you fix it? I'll rate it 5 star

I would like you to change the interface so that it looks so appealing. Must be able to change my chat background , status and evening the colour of the background. But it is a very nice application. Amazing!!!!

I downloaded this app, used my data during the process only to be disappointed by the OTP not coming out to complete the registration. My word of advice(do not launch a service when you haven't thoroughly tested it). I tried again to register with Facebook and Google but i get the same result. I don't know if i will have the same patience again

there's a clutter of functions in a chat screen. The interface design wasnt well thought out. The bugs need attention, there's almost always a problem viewing media.

It has been a nice experience using SASAI.Since econet started sending messages for me to install the application,at first l was so reluctant but the moment l installed it l was really shocked,l did not know l was loosing a lot.Imagine with the blink of an eye having my all in one app,l don't have to go to for example facebook,l can just access it on my all in one app.You explore a lot of things on this application, health wise, shopping and a lot more.The application is user friendly as well.

App is lagging needs serious improvement on size , its too large , keeps stopping when you try to delete downloads, when you open settings it can unexpectedly close. Too slow to login an account does not load images instant , add more stuff from YouTube....

Nice concept but application really, really unstable. And it's not optimised enough because it went through my battery life a packet of cheezes. Now, my phone is very, very hot, and after reviewing app usage stats, it's top on the list on battery usage. Uninstalled right after.

Thumbs up for availing a platform to make payments. Chat section needs work. There's a bug that interferes with media. Media either disappears or displays wrong image or file. Provide an option to reply pop up message.

it's challenging to register account. I keep getting the message - system busy please wait. it would have been better if you had preset countries into the app rather than for them to be downloaded when one needs to register.

This app has it all. It is perfect for both business and personal use. It combines videos, podcasts and photos to give wholesome entertainment. The sasaipay option is also top-notch 👌. I love it

Not even 1 star. Disappointed. The app crashes A LOT. When exactly will the other services be running. I don't get the point of the profile where I indicate Region and Gender and the searching by USER ID who remembers their 9 digit number ?

Dear sasai team, please ad more emojis on your app , and make it user friendly when replying to messages rather than to hold so you can replay a message..infact ad features like those on whatsapp to make sasai more attractive

Great application however apart from compining other platforms there is still that thing Sasai has to offer which intrigues a mere layman... that scaning option can do the trick. Sasai has to give a general layman a use of that function.If you reason this way,Zimbabweans will come along What about adding a simple function like being able to share files using Sasai... Jus like share it etc.and lets say as a promotion being able to use the app to communicate for free within a radius of say 1km.

Hi am having a hard time posting podcasts. First time I worked but then it started refusing saying select an audio when I had selected an audio. Have to record but still the same problem can u fix this

This app is total nonsense. Was looking through the list of who's on Sasai but there are names like Maybal, King, and i am like who the h*ll is this. Why not use the name stored in my phone isn't that the name i know of the person. Also the list is filled with invite why not just show a short list of whos on and who needs invites. This is just a wanna be messenger app.

maybe it is me who is failing to operate the application. I have so far discovered these weaknesses. 1) the application isn't automatically giving or suggesting the list of all the registered people in my contacts 2) even if I know someone registered i am failing to automatically connect with him or her 3) the invitation outside Facebook and WhatsApp carris some charges #ThankYouSoMuch

We are missing out on some services,i think when the application is fully active were we can pay using it it would be a great and wonderful experience. The app is very good.superb
