Writing this review after using this app/ website for 5years. These days the app has become very disappointing. Though the delivery service is excellent, but the main problem with the app that it doesn't show whether a product is out of stock. It shows only after adding the product in the cart... Very frustrating
This is the 2nd time it happened as I paid through PayTM and got the payment as well as order confirmation. But after sometime again I got a message stating payment failed. Don't understand what is wrong with this app. The first order I placed got cancelled and another order was placed automatically (not by me) for same medicines with COD option. Update: Nice support team. Got call after posting my review and they helped to sort the problem. Also promised follow up so it doesn't happen again.
Very bad experience....if any person can't attend their call just for one time they canceled the order...very bad service... No one is free..everyone has their work and professional pressure... so how can you canceled order just on one call basis...if any one can't receive your call then call him/her twice... at least... very poor service and very disappointing...
App is very simple and usable but i have found lots of issues after placing first order. The app does not provide you all the information of terms and conditions of coupon code, because there is mismatch between terms mentioned beside coupon code and the calculation after applying. Also my order is still in pending order confirmation status and i have no idea why is it on hold and being the user i am not able to do anything from my end neither i am unable to see what is holding on my order.
It was advertised 30% flat discount on all products. So, I decided to install the app. But when I decided to purchase, on screen it was giving 18% discount only. I've taken screen shots. Very confusing to know and difficult to judge what's going on.
It's a SCAM! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS APP. I placed my order and forgot to add a few items so I was being asked to cancel and reorder the same. When I did and applied the 30% coupon, it's saying the order eligibility is not matched. Like seriously?? Is this the service your provide? The order wasn't even processed and u took away the benefit from me. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!! DON'T MAKE FALSE CLAIM AND DECEIVE INNOCENT CISTOMERS. Pharmeasy nd Trumeds are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I wish ur biz gets shut
Worst App ever !! 1. Always delayed in delivery. 2. You can't find invoice of your order. 3. No proper customer support. 4. No support from there support team, ticket will be raised for your issue and will be resolved by themself. Better option will be 1mg or pharm easy Apps , atleast they provide proper response and timely delivery. Not recommended at all.
Awesome application debloped by the devlopers., Add any item , go to cart, and the product in the cart will be vanished, then continue with the same procedure but the result is same. Item added in cart but when you go to cart it will show "cart is empty, continue with shopping"... #disgusting, #pathetic. I also have a doubt does this app is providing delivery or fraud... Payment done but got nothing.,
Please be careful. If you want to connect with care team then there is only one way - dial the number. Also they are asking account numer on the cal if you paid in cash. So i feel it is very unprofessional. Also patient name is not included in invoice if you are ordering for multiple patients in the family. So just take this points.
Once they cancelled my order all of a sudden without any reason and I couldn't even connect to their customer care. Mailed them but there was no response regarding the refund. After writing a review here they finally called me and processed my refund. But I had to go through a lot of harrasment. Expect better service from Flipkart next time.
My first order had very worst experience not at all recommended, they are just advertising as 30% discount, but for 1st order discount applicable products will get cancelled and other non-discounted items will be delivered so that next time if you try placing a new order that 30% code will not be available and only 18% discount will be applied. Their system is also very worst, for ex baby sampoo and all requires prescription and pathetic customer support even no clue of how to raise a complaint.
Pathetic experience. There is no way to cancel the order while they take their own sweet time to deliver the order, running into days. Their customer care don't answer the call either. Terrible service. Plz do not install and use this app, you will regret it big time. It's been 4 days since I placed the order but still not received it and don't know where it is and if it will be delivered.
Too many bugs. I cancelled an order due to incorrect address and i had paid for it via Paytm. Post cancellation it showed amount refunded to Paytm , but there has been no amount refunded from flipkart to my paytm account. I can only see the deduction for the payment of order.
What a stupid app is this.!.i added my medicine to cart uploaded prescription and then at the end when i proceed to payment it shows "0 items, 0 Rs charge". I tried several times before giving. Today when i tried again after 2-3 days, it says item in your cart out of stock. When i tried searching for medicine, it doesn't even show up in list
I have ordered from F Health on 12 th May. Today when I was checking the status it's showing DELIVERED when I haven't received any product. The amount was fully paid. Very unexpected. After repeated calls the problem solved but I will never place any prepaid order. Only COD
This application is not easy as old SastaSundar application. 1.Ordering system can not showing my coupon option. 2. Composition and substitute option was better in SastaSundar application. 3. SastaSundar application was faster.
Your online payment mechanism is the worst. Being a long time customer, I have always faced problems making online payments. Strangely, in your new Avtar as Flipkart Health, we are compelled to route through OayTm even if I want to make through credit or debit cards, and everytime the payment fails, while my bank repirts successful transaction. Last time and this time also I had to opt for cash payment and also lost the coupon discount.. If this state of affairs is not rectified immediately
SastaSundar App info was good . But Flipkart UI is good. Previously when we search any medicine we get names of the medicines along with their composition but now we dont get that, we have to open a particular medicine to show its composition. And when we press re-order its shows medicines category wise by patients name.. but now that feature is also gone . Bring back those features
Pathetic customer service. Order cancelled without any reason at first....Customer care number can't be reached....No option to chat or request a call back. Message subsequently delivered mentioning it is cancelled due to prescription issue. It is same prescription used for all these years to order medicine. If any issue would expect a request for clarification instead of canceling.
I have been using Sastasundar App at least 4 /5 times per month since last 1 year. Ever since it has merged with flipkart the quality has dropped . 1. Though I order 7 medicines in a single order, it is divided into 5 invoices, and medicines are arriving in 5 different packages in different times ! It was never the case with Sasta Sundar. 2. Packaging has always been great earlier with Sasta sundar. Now the see through plastic package is replaced by paper made packets becoming vulnerable !
There is no option for less then one review. Else I would have done that. Worst customer care service. They are cancelling my order again and again maybe 2-3 times or more. I did for my grandfather who can't move to shop to purchase medicines. Now I prefer to purchase medicine from other apps.
It used to be good but now it has a lot of bugs. I am selecting products but everytime my cart is showing empty. This is really frustrating. Please resolve this issue as soon s possible.
THE APP IS A COMPLETE SHAM! Prescriptions cannot be uploaded in pdf format anymore in the app and payment through credit card is unavailable. The most appalling change is the max. discount cap in 25% off coupons. In SastaSundar, the 25% off was actually 25% and not capped to a tiny limit. Also, medicines of specific combinations is not even showing up in the app, namely Chlonazepam. Being out of stock is understandable, but simply not being available in the inventory is simply unacceptable.
SastaSundar was better when it was doing business alone. Now there are frequent problems: 1. No return is possible now. The seller rejects return saying the system has an issue. 2. The app doesn't provide options to find substitute medicine easily.
The payment system is worse. This doesn't let me pay through my credit card directly. Always redirect to Paytm, which says adding money to Paytm is only available from paytm app. However, adding money to paytm app from a credit card is chargeable with 4.07%. If you have made an option to pay through credit/dabit card, use a convenient gateway instead of Paytm! Unless this won't run long. Former Sastasundar's service was too good. I can appreciate that!
