I really like the way the app looks.it has a good interface but it has some issues. One of which is that when the audio is interrupted by something else on my phone, like an alarm, it doesn't start back up and if I try to play it again it plays but no audio is coming out of my phone or headphones

I appreciate being able to find a few podcasts that I really love that are not available on Google Play. My frustration with the app comes from the playback features. Anytime my phone rings and interrupts the show listening to, I have to stop what I'm doing and reopen the app, wait for it to load, and then find where I was in the show.

I love that Satchel gives me continual access to Pass the Mic, NPR, my favorite thinkers, etc. However, one frustration is that other apps interfere with playback (i.e. when I get a call it pauses the podcast and when I press play to go back to it, the sound is muted but there's no "un-mute" button). Also, when I connect to my Sharkk speaker it plays the podcast on "fast forward" (like Alvin and the Chipmunks). Other than that I've enjoyed having all these podcasts organized easily at my fingertips.

Beautiful app. Easy to use and intuitive interface. It's just slow. It takes too long to load and each page greets me with a spinning wheel. Sadly it will also stop randomly when I try to use it in the background with any other app, including GPS. I love the app and am looking forward to the day when these issues are resolved.

Switched from podcast addict because it had playback issues, can't wait until I can queue up a days worth of podcasty goodness. Oh, and a widget would be awesome.

Does not play podcasts in the background while you're using other apps. Constantly crashing and I have to keep restarting. So annoying! =(

App is decent with a good interface but still can't use as regular podcast client as no Google Cast support 8 months after reply from dev saying would be looked into.

Easy to use, great organization, categorized by topics for ready selection and great local content

I've been using beyond pod for years but for the last year or more it has been very glitchy. This app was refreshing and I love that I was able to find local podcasts that I didn't know existed. The app is user-friendly. It ran a little slow when searching for new podcasts to add to my list. Still, it is a very smooth and pleasant user experience.

Proposals for future improvements: - Possibility to move the app to the SD card instead of the phone itself - Possiblity to store by default the downloaded podcasts to the SD card instead of the phone itself

A great podcast app with huge potential for the future. I personally know the developer of this app who has worked tirelessly on it thus far and is continuously looking for ways to evolve and improve it. As it stands it's a stable, feature-rich app with a nice user interface. The future is very bright for this one!

This app has never worked. I only have one podcast loaded on it and it crashes every time I tell it to play.

I liked this app alot for about a week but for some reason it's crashing whenever I look for podcasts outside of The Country Squire (which I love).

This app has been great, but I just got the most recent update, and it keeps crashing on my Moto X now within 10 seconds of hitting play on a downloaded episode. Please fix. Thanks!

Great podcasting app, use it all the time!

This podcast player works great and you can finally support your favorite podcasters right from the app. It's a sleek, simple layout so I can see all my podcasts. Can't wait to see what the developers do with it in the future.

This app was recommended by GOL and I was excited to download it because the other Android apps I've tried were cumbersome. This one is not! So easy and intuitive. Hoping for more easy to use features to be added soon. I'm a fan of this app.

Everything looks straightforward and intuitive with the bonus functionality of being able to support podcasters, but I need this to have a home screen widget for me to give it daily use.

I've only just downloaded this app and already love it! The interface is simple and intuative, and the search feature found my favorite podcasts with no issue. Does not seem to have a lot of advanced features, most of which I don't use anyway. Just the right tool for the job.

I've been using one app since I started listening to podcasts. Lately I've been trying others. Heard about this one from the Reformed Pub. Great little app.

It has always irritated me that there was not an app that was clean, simple, and didn't degrade the audio quality of my favorite podcasts. The wait is finally over. Keep up the great work guys!
