It's good, 3d models are nice. It's a shame it's subscription only, if be happy to pay a decent single cost if that was an option but its not worth a monthly subscription to and many reviews also say the same thing. You guys are losing money here. I'm all for supporting development and this is a great app, but not the kind worth doing monthly.

Pretty neat animations and well designed notification system. A few things to enhance the app: 1) I would have liked a lot more info about each satellite (purpose, history, technology, anecdotes, etc) 2) There are only 25 satellites showing in my list, would like a more complete list 3) The link to Star Walk 2 simply opens the app, it would be nice it it went directly to the satellite I'm navigating from.

This app is mostly focused around ISS for which there are many free (and better designed) apps. To get the full service requires a subscription and once paid for it is extremely limited and not what it makes itself out to be. What they do make clear is that they have other paid apps to be downloaded. Once again, paid apps that have free alternatives elsewhere.

I love any App that keeps my eyes heart and mind, on the stars and in the skies. Graphics are elegant and smooth and color selection is dark enough to not over power night sky. Would give a 5 but it's a bit pricey and automatically loses a whole lot of cool factor and charm because of it. If I had one feature I wish badly was designed is a way to point your phone or tablet to the sky And see what satellite are passing. Edit: added when subscribed

almost perfect, when including the companion apps... there's even eclipse data! it's by far the most complete one, for night sky info. huge issue though: way. too. many. freaking. ads!!! they make this "free" version to use, with this many intrusive video ads. and all their apps are greedy like that, sadly. if you've got 50 bucks or so to spend in such things, they may be worth it. i wouldn't know.

Very poor. Misleading, and makes false statements. Firstly, it appears ti be a free app but it will only show the ISS unless you pay subscription. Secondly, it tells you you can have a 1 month free trial. I was about to do that. Today is the 29th Feb. When I clicked the "1 month free" trial button, it told me I would be charged if I didn't cancel by the 2nd March. THAT'S 2 DAYS, NOT A MONTH!. I'm not paying a subscription for an app that lies to me before I even sign up. Uninstalled.

A subscription based app. A dollar a month isn't a whole lot, but when compared to tv streaming services, the value for this is pretty low. Never even got to check out the app as they wanted my credit card info upfront...no thanks. Not going to fall for auto billing. The developer should get paid for their work but give a one time payment option.

All this app really does is tell you ( Yep, it's going by now.) Pretty boring. There is another app that let's you follow a satellite on your screen so that when it's going by you physically follow by pointing the phone in it's direction. It shows you where to look so you can actually see it with your eyes. It's like a a gps locater. It's hard to explain but it's tons better than this app that just says ( Hey, it's up there somewhere and maybe you'll see it. Maybe you won't.)

Initially I really like this app. But as time went on I realized that the time scale was not correct. I sat outside many many nights hoping to see the SpaceX satellites come over which was supposed to be done and I was out at the exact time looking at the exact spot in the sky according to my app and the stuff never showed up and it was supposed to be totally viewable that night

I can't stand ALL apps that offer a free trial subscription but then ask for ur payment info inorder to get it. And then u put in the info, STILL doesn't give u the free trial because Im not entering a card that has my money on it until I am certain that I want the paid application but the card info I enter is valid and a working and active card. Why offer ANYTHING at all. Should say Get a free subscription after you enter a credit card so we can charge it then get the "free" subscription.

Great concept but I found that there aren't that many satellites, but also the notifications were out of control. All day long I got notifications and the passes weren't even that close where I could see them. A schedule and being able to select how close they have to be to see the notification would be great.

Would be a great app but feels clunky is hard to use and there is a limited number of satellites! Aesthetics are great, if it was as smooth and feature packed as star walk it would be a great app! However there are better satellite apps out there which show more satellites at the cost of a less aesthetic feel

Some very slick features in this app: great graphics and movement simulation, and it's pretty user-friendly. I'm curious about the luminosity/visibility rating.. it seems to differ from other sources (ISS Detector). Some explanation page among the settings choices would be good.

There are many apps out there for free that are better than this, this app doesn't even show the iridium sats that produce amazing light flares. I will never sign up to a free trial that requires my card details before I can use all the functionality so can't review this properly but judging by the grayed out parts and parts that take me to a sign up page there's nothing worth paying extra for. Pros, good graphics and UI Cons, poor content and costly, loads of free apps out there doing better

False advertising. Should be made to put (7 day trial with auto-renewing subscription) or maybe just flat out slap a price tag on that thing. I'm not going to risk my credit or debit card for the 7 day trial whether it is refunded or not, which at that rate, should be if you cancel anyway. Either call it what it is, a gimmick paid hunk of nothing, or make it free like is implied with the lack of price tag.

Free version does very little to get you to want to subscribe. Considering you've got ads attached to the free version, you're making money for your app already, that too more than the cost of subscription per month per ad! Uninstalled within 2 minutes of installing and won't be reinstalling it.

And. K. Aug 4, 2019

Listed as a free app but you cant use it without subscribing. Says you can get a 7 day trial, but when the options pop up you only get 3 days. But still have to give credit card info to access the trial. Not worth it, scam to get you in, forget to unsubscribe and get your money.

I didn't have my phone near me as I was "satellite counting" one evening at dusk - and saw a HUGE beauty. I grabbed my phone, and this app had notified me, alerted me, and along with the orbital map, showed me that it WAS THE ISS - The main reason I watch for Satellites! 5 STARS!

Dav. M. Nov 16, 2020

It asked me to subscrbe, so it looks like it is not free so i uninstalled it. The developer claims some aspect is free, but i did not want to spend time trying to figure out how to install the free portion. The graphics did look nice but all i saw was advertising pages.

This app is so detailed and accurate it's educational and fun. It alerts me when and where to look and, if it's a cloudy night, l still have loads to look up/at. Excellent, and it's being constantly improved. One of my favourites!

It's free to download and it has a free trial week if you wanna check it out ,after that it's like...99cent?every month(a piece of gum) Anyways, for me it worked pretty good and accurate,I stayed and watched many satellites pass by...my favorite was the Hubble Telescope.I would also recommend to download the Starwalk2(the full pack-you pay only once)for people that are interested in starts and planets etc.Worth every euro.
