Its a 30 secs long gong.Thats about It.Download more in app. Tried one of the downloads. It mutes my phone.No exit button so had to go into settings to forceclose this piece of crap.Worse than useless. Bloody annoying
Tried quite a few of these apps and like this one best. Easy to install, set up & use.
I found that this app compliments what I learned in Mindfulness, CBT- Mind Over Mood and Stress Management classes. The woman who leads the stress management lessons has also downloaded the app after I mentioned it in class.
The only thing that gets me to sleep when even nytol doesn't work.
I didn't give it five stars because when I tried to download brainwaves alpha, it brought me here
Got through the first 15 seconds or so, and just stopped.
For all who want some guidance in their day to day mindfulness practice and assistance with meditation. Plenty of exercises and various options to choose from. Found it extremely useful and pleasant. Highly recommend!!!
Just allows time for me to ground feelings and physical consciousness.

I have several meditation apps but this is the only one I regularly use. It is well designated and offers many options without overcrowding or overwhelming the user. The guided meditations are by highly qualified instructors. And the app is highly customisable.
This is my first contact with formal meditation. It offers me so many options and I find myself looking forward to discovering more every day. It's inspired.
There is decent content for a free app, however by requiring me to share a mindfulness chart on a social network when I do not use any in order to DL brainwave sounds is unfair to my mindful state. Social networks distract me so I do not have them. Why make this a requirement to show the world how mindful oneself has allegedly been? Seems like boasting to me...
The busy interface with many options isn't what I'm looking for in a mindfulness app. Seems to work okay for some things, though I can't figure out exactly how it's supposed to work.
This is app is great for anxiety. My therapist had me download it for "homework" and I'm so glad she did.
No sign up, very few in-app purchases, you can decide how long you want your meditation to last, and what features you want in it. Great app
I have a mental illness that as part of therapy I'm supposed to meditate and this app works for me!

I used to be on amti depresents and anti anxiety meds. But after my new therapist got me into meditation and told me about this app, it's been several months since iv'e even taken those meds and I've never felt better and more at peace. Meditation has saved my life and I would recamend this app to anyone.
