Saucey: Alcohol Delivery

When I 1st used the app, it worked great then an issue with email, got it fixed, work 1 time and now every time I attempt to log on keeps asking for address once inputted I try to place order, the app closes out. Can no longer make orders. Disappointed I really liked the app. When I did contact customer support they were very helpful. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Worst app I've ever used in my life. I was forced to make an account, so I tried using the Facebook option but got an error. Had to use my email and enter info, when I finished and tried to press the button to continue on it closed on me. I tried opening the app 3 more times and it just kept closing immediately.. What a joke. I'm. Uninstalling right now.

Doesn't Bill Correctly, Stuck At Loading Screen. After initial order was delivered, app told driver to refund $3 (out of $60),and return my order. They told me to keep the order, but, since then, the app has been stuck at the loading screen. Already tried uninstalling and erasing app data. Same result.

Absolutely useless. Newest update made the app complete trash. Crashes every single time I try to click on the cart to check out. Morons putting themselves out of business. I'll be using a more reliable app.

Service is great overall. but the app keeps crashing. Was hoping to use the app instead of constantly having to go to browser to use the service.

If you have such a limited delivery area then it's irresponsible and rude to take people's personal information without disclosing that. Unless you live in L.A., this service is utterly useless. Edit: instead of apologizing, make it clear upfront exactly where your service works and where it doesn't. Otherwise you're collecting salable user data under false pretenses.

Multiple orders have been incomplete due to issues with the drivers being unable to scan ID's. Every other service has managed to figure out ID scanning... It's unfortunate because saucey has a terrific selection.

Not really a good experience for my first time they showed up with the wrong order they took forever to respond for a redelivery then got a redelivery then the driver couldn't pick up the order between the no response and the messed up order not such a great first experience

I tried to download it and use it but I couldn't even sign up with my email before it started crashing. I went to click the app again and it pops up and closes. This is really an unfortunate situation because I couldn't even leave a solid review on the actual app itself just on the fact that it won't even stay running long enough for me to get to sign up.

This is my second review today... Since my last review, it's gotten worst.. they make you send your id to the phone number they provide, then some how need me to keep resending it to the same number stating that it's not in the thread? There email is obviously an automated system.. what is the world coming to?? We still need real people for situations like this... They have only answered the phone one time and gave me the same instructions that led me back to the automated system.. 😩

Terrible experience! Was charged twice after being told the items I selected was not in stock. To do this they send a text message with a link that should take you back into the app to adjust the order. Instead of takes you to the so to create a new order to be charged a third time. Customer service was not very informative and gave basic responses, again via text. Thinking it's a bot. There is no way in the app to cancel the order for begin adjusting. DON'T USE!

Every time I log in I have to add my address. I select the item I want and try to proceed to check out and the app shuts down. I've attempted to log in and go to my cart and EVERY time it auto shuts down. Waste of time. SMH...

I just downloaded this app and it will not open and my phone is fully charged. I have no trouble with other apps. I'm thinking of uninstalling and then reinstalling it if it doesn't work, I'm going to go back to what I was doing and not waste my time.

Haven't been able to use it lately because it crashes constantly. Won't stay open long enough to view cart.

Keeps crashing. I used it two or three times no problem but now it's suddenly not working.

Love the app and the service, deliveries always quick and friendly. Great way to send a bottle to friends or to save a search for a liquor store to stop at on the way to a friend's house. Sometimes app is a bit glitchy to send a gift, constantly erasing phone or address info, only reason not giving it five stars. Also, wish was allowed in more areas for gifting nationwide, but that's a larger problem.

The app doesn't even open. Crashes and closes as soon as you try to open.

App is fine but lacks some of the polish of more established platforms, e.g. no notice of swapped items, no option to decline a swapped product. Support is unhelpful. When they failed to deliver what I ordered, I was told there was nothing they could do to compensate for their error. Stay away from this company.

I've used a number of time in los angeles and it worked fine but prices and delivery fees are high otherwise I would use way more often. used in Ventura and I guess it was out of area but I had to email customer service to officially cancel the order and still have a 100 dollar pending charge on my card. looks like they still have alot of kinks as a business model and app.

I placed an order and I did not get the correct order. I was kicked off the app. Then I couldn't login with the credentials I created. So, when I tried to reset my password with reset link in email sent. It gives me an error of "This site can't provide a secure connection". I want my money back from my order, but cannot get logged in to the app. I'm very, very, very, unsatisfied with this service. Do not use this app.
