This is the Suzano Health application. With it you have access to the information of the health units of the municipality of Suzano, performs appointments, requests SUS card and performs other actions quickly and safely.

Key Features:

• Ask for the scheduling of consultations for the Health Unit in your neighborhood;
• Check in the application the scheduled date for your query;
• Request the SUS card for the Health Unit of your neighborhood;
• Check the application for the number of your requested SUS card;
• Receive the number of your new SUS card via push and inbox notification;
• Receive the date of your scheduled inquiries via push and inbox notification;
• Check the necessary preparations for all the tests available in the Health Units.
