I would like to register for Alfursan but not getting otp. About one month left but every time not getting otp even resend otp is also not working. App is good but customer support is much bad
Traveling from Bangalore to Rome, from Jeddah to Rome flight was half hour late, my two checked in bags were missing, after lodging a complaint in Rome airport, I came to know that my bags were mishandled in Jeddah airport, at last after 2 days I received my bags, it was a horrific experience I went through this airlines.
This application is useless one day working and most of the time not responding at .It seems to be Saudia don't bother them self to solve the problems.
Not receiving an OTP while registering for Alfursan program. very disappointing. Tried so many times.
It's been 2 days and the sms otp still not working , no sms is sent , resend sms is not working as well , and we can't login . No customer support . Nothing at all, it really sad , the app it self is good but the support is awful.
Really great app but I wish if you add 'add to wallet' option after checking out the boarding pass. There is actually many apps can do this feature just like Apple Wallet app on Android such as Passes. Please consider my request.
One of the worst airline apps I have seen. Not responsive, you never receive the code on your phone and miles doesn't get updated. Zero easy user experience
I have been trying all day today to book a flight for my wife and kids with no success. In each attempt I reached the final payment page after entering all the passengers details then error page appears. I tried to call the customer service but with no response and I am not quite sure what to do.
This app has seen so much improvement over the years. I suggested adding some extra features of fingerprints to access Alfursan logins. Sometimes it hangs a bit but not as before. I gave four stars because the app doesn't advertise holiday packages or trips on discounts. Also, there's no room for refund using the app. You still have to go to their website and do some inputs to recieve refund for tickets. This can be implemented in the app by adding the ability to take a picture of the ticket.
Whenever you click on profile it tells you "something went wrong, please try later",,, also it doesn't show you your ticket if you have open tickets.... The app in general needs a major improvement
Need major bug removal from the app . Don't get responses like registering of phone number , booking of seat etc . Overall very frustrating to work on this Platform.
Addition of seat booking using AlFursan Miles is great option. Please include seat upgrades using AlFursan Miles through App as well. Present system of call and holding for extremely long time is not good policy to keep people loyal to AlFursan
Unable to login AlFursan, every new updates has new complications. But the App. does the job, could be better.
The app. does not allow to select seats on check-in and allot seats randomly when there were still more than 70% seats shown available and my family have to travel in dispersed seats all over the aircraft. Not very user friendly and/or intuitive, although I have experience of multiple airlines apps. that are much more usable. You can't save your boarding cards in the application itself and have to screenshot them individually.
The application is very bad once you press the back button you loose everything and start all over again.
Need to remove old booking from main dashboard. Need all booking on sequence by date on main dashboard. Tickets buying from outside Agent should be available in dashboard not search by booking reference to be found
Many bugs and not user friendly
Many times the app doesn't complete the booking because problems in seats booking. And good luck with fursan info 😒
The worst app in the play store . I travel regularly between USA and Jeddah. and by far this app is the worst. you can not do anything besides looking at your reservation. you can NOT assign a seat or print the boarding pass. so really what's the point of having this app!
Whenever I click on alfursan icon, it shows error. It has been a month and you haven't fix this proplem yet. Why do I have to go to a normal browser and your website to manage my miles and waste my time. What's the point of having this app in the first place.
On jeddah airport, we kept on waiting for the boarding but there was no update on the display. When we asked the staff, they said, boarding has closed. We missed our flight just because of no announcement and display of boarding. Staff didn't co-operate in this regard. Very disappointed experience!
Family program hasn't been working for months
So many problems with this app. Seat selection does not work. Navigation is painful. Does not recognise your registered phone number or email address for sending access codes. This app needs a lot of work.
Flight 24 hours late on the day I traveled. But the reaction of the company was very bad and I did not get any benefit. No food was even provided
Assalamo Alikom I have the application both on Android phone and ios phone. Both of them when I add my booking, if click on booking details on Android nothing happens, on iPhone it gives error. This is for many months now . I uninstaulled and reinstalled on booth with no change. Just for feedback
Beautiful template. BUT The app has lots of bugs MOST IMPORTANTLY after checking in you know longer have access or can view the boarding pass. Second it should allow for easy redemption of miles on the app.
Very Bad App maybe worst in all airlines Apps can't register I'm waiting the mobile registration code since 40 days
Really bad experience, not for International travelers. Basic things don't work on App OR website like otp, confirmation notifications,poor customer support etc..
