Saunders NCLEX RN Exam

Overall it is helpful to be able to do practice questions anywhere. I have used this app for all my classes and HESIs with good results (admittedly used othe resources as well). Downside is that there isn't a way to create a custom quiz with specific subjects. Also, these are the same questions from the book rather than being additional questions.

This seems like it would be a great app but I keep having trouble signing in and accessing the content. I tried signing in with my school email and it showed "invalid email" so I changed the email on my account to my Gmail and tried signing in that way but it still wouldn't work. I had to click sign in with Google for it to let me access the app. Even then most of the content was locked and said that I had to pay for it even though I own the textbook and redeemed the access code. Please fix.

While this app is great and helpful in regards to my studying, one of my concerns is the "select all that apply" questions. How come on the questions it lists the amount the amount of answer choices you can select? although I believe it makes it easier for me, I know on the actual test that it does not list how many answers to choose. I do not think that this is helpful since the test is not the same way. I would like an answer to this question please.

This app is a MUST HAVE for nursing school! I am in my last semester and refer back to this app for everything. I have not taken my NCLEX-RN yet. but the resources are amazing. Every day I utilize the online resources and will do about 20 questions a day and read the rationales thoroughly. I'm going to be using this app to study for my NCLEX for sure.

Very resourceful to say the least. And the app interface is very simple and easy to navigate. My only issue is that I find it difficult to log in again after I have exited the app. Any help?

It looks a good tool to prepare for the exams. I took only the free questions. I have to buy it in order to go further. I hope they give more free questions. I have the book which is very good. So I expect the same for the questions. So far good!

Doesn't save history. Keeps disappearing and I'm having to submit proof for class that I am actually doing Q's. So when I went back to view my logs what I did was not there and it was frustrating. Only keeps for a short time then disappeared

The app is great but expensive if you want to unlock tests other than the handful that are provided. It's muvh cheaper to buy the book!

App DID NOT OPEN on Samsung galaxy Tab E LTE after sign-up on phone. Frustrating because same issue remain. No change yet through last minute of this review.

Very helpful study guides with rationals. Would be helpful if it was divided into subcategories.

The questions are of Nclex standard. U need to have a knowledge of Ur content to be able to solve them. Signifying that having a good score is a good start.

I wish there were more questions for the individual topics, and multiple tests per topic. Love the rationale and testing strategies!

Get this app!!!!! It has so many teat questions and so many practice tests. This will help tremendously with school and learning.

since I have the book and access online I figured I would check and see if there was a app for it. I refuse to pay for the book and then also pay $30 for access from the app.

I would rate higher if I could see the correct answer and rationale after each question instead of at the end of test or build quiz.

I love the variety of the types of questions asked. i likr how you can focus on one or just do comprehensive and loce the rationales.

Great learning tool and refresher. Wish the other sections were available for free!

Very usefull app, the best quality of app is, it gives a reason behind the correct ans as well as the other option, but this app is quite expensive.

I just wish I didn't have to start all the way over if one's to pause. After I take NCLEX I'll do a further review.

I have the book on evolve but when I try to use the app, it says I must pay again😒. I should have access because I already purchased it!

It helps me a lot in reviewing nursing principles. Rationale is provided which helps me in understanding the answers.

Easy to use, a lot of questions to practice with, and brings cited info with every answer.

I should be able to access everything if I have purchased the text book a d have access to the full website.

The app is good and the rational well explained though did the free question but it would be best if updated to most recent questions. Trust me you wont regret it.

I love the book, so I thought I can use the app. However, when trying to study it asked me to pay for it but idk if I can use somehow the code of my book for the app? I just downloaded so I can study on the go.

I really like it! Easy to use and the questions seem very similar to what I've seen on my hesi's so far. I hope it helps me for my med-surg hesi next week!
