It's a great app once you figure out how to create your profile. I get my scripts on time, no more calling and waiting to talk to someone. But to create a profile takes a little time. You do have to go onto their website and put in for a quick refill, once you do that, use that RX# to create your profile on the website. Once you've created your username and password on the website, go into your mobile app and sign in with those credentials. That's what worked for me anyway. Good luck

This app used to work well but now everytime I log in and try to renew my daughters script it times out. I have even logged out of wifi and tried and its the same thing. For about a year now I have been battling this and I'm over it. Will be looking for a new way to get my daughters meds.

This app sucks balls big time. I have the same problem you all are having. The rx number is not valid .and i called and they say to try what i already tried. I deleted it. I give up. Again...this app sucks BALLS. AND I TRIED NO STARS BUT I HAVE TO PUT 1 STAR AT LEAST. RRRRRR

Our insurance changed to this pharmacy, I downloaded the app, there's no where to register. I get 2 pages & each page wants me to sign in & must include script #. If we never got a script from them, how do we get into the site?

Most times I recieve generally in a timely manner. There has been a problem when I have recieved after 2 or 3 weeks of ordering.

Cant get past " create profile" page. Unitelligable overlay, and the page will not scroll down. 😳

Bad app, you don't have many options for selecting meds. Horrible company, they don't care if you don't get your meds and die, they just care about getting your money.

Unable to use after the 1st few times due to unclear alphabet overlay.

Won't let me log in, I tried 3 different RX numbers and says invalid RX number every time

Cant register. New work Rx service with no way to sign in or sign up.

Can't create an account unless you have a rx number. Have to call your Dr to have them fax a prescription in before you can do anything!!! Don't even have all your medicine listed. Guess you got to call Dr for each prescription before you will see list of medicine. WORST APPLICATION I HAVE EVER USED!!!

Deleting cant create a profile at all.

will hold your medicine hostage if you dont pay your bill that they never sent you. chemo medicine not a simple otc pain reliever. Really wish i didnt have to deal with this company

The fact that you can't create a profile without a RX number is frustrating. Also, a spouse needs to also create a separate profile so if both need refills you have to sign in to 2 accounts. When calling reps have access to both parties info so you would think you could add another user on your profile.
