In a world of spotty and downright rude cab aggregators, these folks are a breath of fresh air. A slight premium is in order for well behaved drivers, clean cars and generally friction free service. If they can link wallets and make payments seamless, would be great.
They leave you stranded. Please dont rely on them 100% .... Thanks for your reply, but because you did not even cancel the ride and left me hanging, I was stranded and had to pay double the amount for another cab. When a customer cancels last moment, you dont provide a refund. You should be liable too. Least you could do was offer some discount coupon for the next rite, but your customer care team could care less.
Even if you book cab one week in advance, they will send you a cancellation message 3-4 hours before the travel. It happened with me twice and I had to pay double amount to local cab agents because of last minute cancellation. Lesson learnt- Don't book from them if you want surity.
Didn't give 5 stars because I didn't get driver information 1.5 hours before journey starts as per the instruction given. I have to call customer service twice and got information about an hour before the journey. This needs improvement . Otherwise driver was excellent. Charges very reasonable. Please keep up the service
Their App n Service is really Amazing. Was actually looking for Airport Pickup from Mangalore Airport in the middle of the Night. Thought it will be difficult to get taxis at night so i googled and found Savaari but wasn't sure about their services. Yet I booked and I received confirmation SMS and email immediately. Then in evening I received the call from driver for confirmation. The flight was delayed for about 15 mins n yet the driver Narsimha Shetty patiently waited for us. Thank you
I had booked the round trip cab three days in advance. The booking was for 6:00 a.m. and message says that you will get driver confirmation two hours before. Next message you will get driver confirmation at 5:15 a.m. No driver confirmation came as I was desperately trying to reach phone support. Please note they don't have 24/7 phone support and it keeps saying agents are busy. Finally I have to book another cab as this was a most horrible experience. This is not reliable service at all.
Horrible service- I got no reply to my email and had to call them from overseas. The driver and car were changed three times and the 3rd change was done without any email to me, at the last minute when I contacted the 2nd driver to ask if he was coming; the 3rd driver told me he was given 15 minutes notice to come and pick me up. Once I sat in the car, however, I had no problem reaching the destination. As one can imagine, I do not want to travel with Savaari again, honestly speaking.
Pathetic Service. You cancelled my trip very last movement and not informed via phone. When I called the customer care they said we sent the cancellation Email. I booked the cab, well in advance and did full payment. Cab pickup time was morning 0445AM and they cancelled at the last moment. If they are running short with resources or whatever then they should have stopped there services but they should not play with the trust of customers. It is completely not acceptable with the type of services you offer. This pathetic experience enforced me and my group, to discontinue your services.
Booked a cab for an emergency to airport. Received mesaage just 1 hour before that trip was cancelled!! No any information about refund!! I had to mail for asking the same.. Then got reply to send bank details to get refund!! Totally disappointed by the way ot works!
Highly unreliable service. They will keep you hanging till at the last minute and eventually let you know that they can not find a cab for you. This has happened to me twice this year for outstation trips I had planned for my family but due to their negligenc we had to suffer at the end of the day. I would urge all of you never to avail facilities of this unprofessional company. If you do, your entire planned trip will be in jeopardy.
Booked an outstation cab for a patient well in advance. But few hours before the journey, they cancelled our journey. We told them that we were going by road only because we had a patient otherwise we could have taken flight or train but they still cancelled our booking that too so late. No sense of accountability and extremely unprofessional.
Be careful. Total frauds. You will get a cancellation message 10 minutes before even when you have booked a day in advance and will surely miss your flight. Then again, once you land, there will be no driver at the airport and when you call him, he will say it will take one more hour due to traffic. The best part is yet to come, then they will email to you the invoices. Use them if you surely want to miss flights.
The service was prompt but the vehicle was extremely dirty. I have also booked for next days city tour but not sure regarding the quality of the cab.
Pathetic service The booking was cancelled by Savaari at 9 O'clock in the night.(My trip was planned for 6 am).What a convenient time to tell me 😡 Had booked 6 seater car from Pune to Goa. As per the customer service guy the cabs they had were without carrier, and the Ertiga they were providing will have only luggage space for 3-4 small bags. A family going to Goa on vacation is expected to carry only 3-4 small bags 😏. Unbelievable. Keep it up and keep loosing customers. Will never recommend u
This is a convenient taxi app where one can aptly book their rides from BLR apt to the city before hand on net..,....plus the vehicle came at the appointed time for my pick up from airport. Thank you
Not happy with the service The driver came one hour late. Ok that can be acceptable. The car which came for pick up stopped twice and once in middle of forest. Imagine the horrible experience
For the first time I have utilised their services. I am very much satisfied with their courteous service. They are prompt in conveying the detaiks about the driver like his name mobile number and vehicle number and fair details. The driver Mr Mohan Kumar C.V who is courteous, polite with pleasing manners arrived at my place well in time and took me to the place of my destination. I convey my appreciation to him and alao to Savaari Car Rentals! Keep it up!
This is my first experience using Savaari rental. I booked the ride from Banglore to Coorg and the driver is very polite and using both Eng/ Kannada for local people and hindi language for us. Overall its good experience with Savaari, happy to use it again !
Service was good but Need to improve app to show booking payment information, toll charges details and driver allowance charges immediately after trip completion. Here where I see the gap and entire details is shared by driver which can be manipulated by him.
Don't recommend, they charged me night charge for the driver. And before booking it was not mentioned anywhere that I have to pay night charge, the customer service said that we sent an email to you regarding the same after booking. And then i that after i make full payment you are sending me email for extra charges! And also there was no amount mentioned, so these guys can even ask for INR 5000.00 for night charge. They charged me INR 250 but it is no where mentioned. Rude customer service.
Service rendered is excellent. Behavior of the driver was polite and gentle and courteous. Time schedule maintained in the last two trips.

Very bad experience traveling with savaari. As the amount shown on the app was different and when l had made the initial part payment the invoice sent to me, quoted a hike of 10% in the amount. No satisfactory response was given even after pursuing the matter with costomer care many times. I felt completely cheated.
