Overall, not a bad app. For another star or two it would need push notifications for completed orders ready for pickup. The "My Offers" feature isn't integrated in the app, it's just an in-app web view of the website (which is quite buggy at times, doesn't support touch gestures). Also, if the MI9 backend is undergoing maintenance, the app gives a cryptic error message that makes it seem like the issue is with the app.

I find the app to be useful but with one huge annoyance...having to log in every time to produce the bar code for our account. Check out the Canadian Tire app where the first thing that comes up is the account bar code and you don't have to log in to see it. This one thing alone is enough to make me want to run my purchases past a real cashier who can just type in my phone number and I don't have to mess around for five minutes getting the bar code to show to the scanner at the self-checkout.

I cannot get logged in using a more rewards password. Please fix the issue. If I use save on I cannot locate ad more rewards bonuses without changing the password. I would give the app a zero if I could. I have also email customer service with no response.

I love this app and the corresponding More Rewards program, which is the best in the business in my opinion. You do need to take the time to understand how it all works, but it's so worth it. By maximizing points, we've had travel completely paid for. Thank you!

Superstore points are way better. You earn points on everything and can redeem it for anything. And the prices of everything are cheaper than save on has a sale when superstore doesn't. Seriously as a single parent with 5 kids a month I squeeze the nickle until the beaver shitz a dime. So I spend 800 at save one get what costs me 450 to 550 at superstore. At superstore I will make about 60-90$ in points each time. At save on 3-10$. This is no lie or joke.

Every time i go to use the app i have to sign in again. I avoid shopping at Save on now because you have to use the card to get the special prices and fumbling around trying to remember your password is time wasting.

The app works as well as the website on my phone. The "create a list from this order" button redirected me to an empty page that says "I have no lists" lol, but other than that, good.

It's been good, I use it a fair bit. But the app has an annoying flaw. When I go to my lists, I can't select items from that list. A bubble shows up stating that they are having trouble connecting. Also when I do go to the store it takes a ridiculous amount of time to load the card's barcode. My phone has full service whenever I use the app. Hoping they can resolve the adding items to cart from a saved list. Postitive: I have always encountered friendly staff upon pick up :)

The app is easy to use. The service is outstanding..the best grocery delivery service bar none. However, there are a few features lacking. How about a "grocery list" feature where you could add products as you thought of them, not to have to check out necessarily to save it. Also, I would recommend a feature where customers can report issues they see. For example, I noticed a price that just has to be incorrect, it could result in losses for the company. Or inaccurate search results.

Brutal! It's not loading, I've installed and uninstalled several times. Super frustrating. Still giving it one star! I'm disappointed that even after I emailed support there was no contact from them. I spent an hour deleting the app and then I cleared all of the data attached to the app from my phone - Samsung. After I did that and reloaded the app, fingers crossed, it seems to be working. Customer service around this is pretty crummy and there's no direction anywhere for help.

Could be improved. Most annoying is the fact that, when checking your cart, if while scrolling you accidentally expand one item, when you hit the back button, it bounces you back to the beginning of the list. This is highly annoying (and time-consuming) when you have a lot of items in your cart. The other thing that needs work is the search engine.

I wanted to have this as a shopping list app which I could reference throughout the day if something came to my mind. Since I do almost all my food shopping at Save-On, I thought it'd be a great app. Unfortunately its so buggy right now. I frequently get "unable to connect", even when I just want to view my personal "non-online shopping cart" Its very frustrating. I think they are trying to integrate some sort of algorithm to follow my eating habits so they can capitalize on advertising, but that could be me. I wish it was simpler to use and not require an internet connection to function once the list has been compiled. But that's where we are today. Data Data Data. I'll be uninstalling.

Seems to work 80% of the time. Loading the card to scan at times can be stuck and requires a reset. The BIGGEST gripe is that out of all the card programs I use, this is the ONLY one that doesn't adjust to landscape mode for easier scan. It's locked in portrait mode which at the self check-out proves incredibly difficult for the terminals to catch.

The new version is not better. Search tries to find your item as you type but stalls out and misses letters entirely. I can't see the weight or quantity of something (how much rice am I actually getting for $9.99? A picture of the bag doesn't tell me if it's 1kg or 12kg). I do like that I can edit lists, but this improvement is not worth the functionality that has been lost. I really hope this app can be fixed soon as I do all my grocery shopping on my phone.

They have made it so you can only get extra points by using the app but they made this app so complicated that I can only assume that the plan must be that they are trying to give out fewer points. It used to be very easy to get points through save-on. Not at all anymore. They are constantly changing where the extra points barcodes are. Just terrible functionality.

It's great shopping wherever I am. Huge time saver. Super convenient for someone who doesn't hold a license/who prefers to not drive a lot of hassle of going in store. The time, amount of walking for items I forget, cab drivers, and the price of that cab is the delivery fee. Please don't stop delivery! I would like a reformation of points. I don't feel I benefit much.

Used to love the app, made a number of delivery orders till I got the notification that the app can no longer be used for delivery orders and I need to use my browser until a new app is available. Browser is so glitchy it's not even funny. Went to Instacart instead, with cheaper delivery prices and more options I think I will stay with them. It even tells me if the prices are the same as in store or higher because of the convenience. I have 12 or so stores I can choose from for delivery.

I've been trying to add items to an existing order but every time I select 'Proceed to Checkout' it goes back to the screen asking me if I want to pick up on store or schedule a delivery. I'VE ALREADY SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY!! I've used the change order function many, many times prior to this but now it's simply not possible. In some cases I can reselect the same timeslot that I originally chose to get around this, but today when I try to select my timeslot I get a message that they're all taken.

App needs major improvement. I use this app for grocery shopping as I'm in a wheelchair & Getting out in the winter is hard, but app does not log in properly and when I book my delivery time, it does not show the correct time, until I get my confirmation email. Sometimes I have to close and restart the app several times. I've just spent an hour trying to order groceries and still haven't succeeded.

this app rarely worked in the beginning unless I closed everything down and went back in multiple times or opened directly from google play. for the past several months it doesn't work at all. I get a message "sorry, we are having trouble connecting." I am using samsung s8. I have to log in from a desk top computer to order groceries. a major pain.

App is very buggy, needs some work on the change order system and reservations. It wouldn't change my order instead it took the changes then made a second order for the next day. A good feature to have would be granular substitutions. I won't use the global sub, but a item by item sub would be perfect. All in all this app has made my life easier, keep up the good work!

This is the worst designed app I have. So many error popups. Can't enter the actual quantity I want. That can only be done by hitting the +1 or -1 buttons. Each time I increase the quantity, the shopping list jumps away to the next item on the list. Making a shopping list for 16 apples & 16 oranges is a nightmare. The More Rewards Card barcode shows as a black box & the cashier has to enter it manually 90% of the time. The menu structure is confusing & complicated. A complete overhaul needed.

I like the idea of this app. But it constantly logs me out, and crashes saying to try again. And then today there was a limited offer. We literally went to the store to get the one offer, grabbed some other items while we were there and it disappeared as soon as we got to the til. When the associate scanned the electronic card it logged me out again too. A little disappointing that we waited through line just to end up paying for the "free" item. Same thing happened for the person with me.

This is not a good app. Clearly designed by a low budget third party. Its unintuitive and clunky, I had to sign in when I was already signed in, I had to set my home store twice, half the app is just a portal to the website (there was an ad in the app encouraging me to get the app in order to see coupons). Doesn't seem like something I'll use. Good try Save-On but you better go back to square one.

This app has lots a great features for a grocery store app, more than most which is really great! They really didnt miss a thing with it! My only complaint and it's kind of a big one is that, they have many items listed that they dont actually carry in the store! It's not that it's out of stock either they say they dont have it! Even though I've selected my store, it still shows the item in stock and it's not. From food to beauty to seasonal! False advertising!

The app updated and yesterday I couldn't even log in which was very disappointing. Today I was able to do so. Everything went well until the very last step of ordering. Customer were able to help me finish the process - they were great! Hopefully the glitches in the updated app are resolved soon as it is an otherwise handy, easy to navigate service.
