This app is wonderful. I have gotten a book every year for 10 years even back when it was Enjoy the City and I remember my mom having them when they were the Dynamate books. I will make sure when I get my book I update my membership for the app. Such a variety of coupons and discounts. Big shout out to all involved in creating this wonderful book.
this app looks great and has all of the coupons the book has... but only probably is NO ONE takes them! I've tried to do the digital at local places and chain restaurants (olive garden outback) and no one will accept them. I always get the theres no way to put it in my system or we dont accept those codes... why put all these restaurants in the book if they cant accept the coupons? this is definitely going to be the last time I buy one.
Useless app. You are required to log in to use it. I have an "in-active" user ID so I can't log in nor can I cream an account. The email address for customer service came back invalid. Big waste of time and money. Would change rating if this problem were fixed and I could actually use the app.
This app sucks, it doesn't show some discounts to places ur near and if it does it sez u have to have the coupon emailed to you, and the coupon that's emailed doesn't have a barcode so most places won't take it. Waste of time, guess u just have to buy the book and carry it arnd with u.
Most of the coupons are bogus. If it's not in the book you bought, don't be embarrassed and try to use the app coupon. I got burned 3 times and then I quit trying to use any online coupon. The 3 businesses I tried to use the coupon with had never signed up to use their service. When you contact the company they say the businesses had signed up but I talked directly with the owner of one company and they had no idea why their business was showing up in the SaveAround Deal app.
For months now I've been trying to figure out how random junk apps like Horoscopes, Wish and Solitaire keep getting installed from an unknown source when I don't have that setting enabled. I finally realized it was this app. If you look at permissions, you'll see that they have the ability to "Request install packages." This bypasses them having to gain your consent to download apps for you. This app is nothing but malware. Nothing lures you in more than the promise of a discount. But it's BS
ATTENTION!!!! The DQ Grill & Chill in Easton, PA and Bethlehem, PA do NOT except mobile coupons from this app. They are listed on this app by mistake and SaveAround has been notified numerous times to remove them. It is not Dairy Queen's fault at all. The only mobile coupons they accept are from the New Dairy Queen App. All other coupons have to be physical coupons that are surrendered at time of purchase. Thank you.
To be honest this crisis has been terrible for many families. But this coupon book plus the app has saved my family alot of money, with all the take out orders. If you are wondering if it's worth it, download the app or buy a book, you wont be disappointed. Every coupon you use saves your family money, plus helps the local businesses, in a time like this. Best thing I could of done in a crisis like this for my family and the community. This product is amazing. What a great company. Job well job.
Extremely disappointing. Got this from my sons school. Not many of the coupons are actually legit! I've been told by companies that they're suing due to falsely putting coupons in the book/app. Not okay at all. Don't waste your money!
I was unable to login because there was apparently already an account with my email. I recovered password just for it to tell me thw account is inactive and restart thw login process. Endless cycle with no point. No one to contact for help. horrible app
Paid 20 bucks for the booklet that had so many ads about the app. I download the apps and it makes create an account. After you create the account t, it asks you to pay them monthly. Be honest and tell me the app is not free from the beginning! Dont collect my info first!
Ok so Dining days gives me a certificate but to use it I have to create yet another ID on Savearound. Save around doesn't recognize the ID email and password I created using my computer for use on thier app. I noticed A LOT of fishing emails sent to my yahoo mail after doing all this. This stinks like a scam and hacker site.
Doesn't work. I signed up and was just testing it out and searched for McDonald's and nothing came up. It kept switching my zip code to another zip code. I'm not a rocket scientist but not an idiot either. It needs some user friendly support and guidance.
I bought the book and downloaded the app. I registered my number and completed everything. I've tried to use the coupons three times and NO vendor accepted it. Dont waste your time with this app.
Poor programming, only allows for one person to load the app with the book code. My husband loaded it on his phone and I have to carry the book around.
So dissappointed, glad I did not have to pay for this, well actually did(was part of a donation pkg) but really only a handful of places close by, & those deals not great either. Would not pay to renew.
I work at a business that supposedly has a coupon on here. We do not allow people to redeem the coupon because we did not authorize it to be there in the first place. So be sure to ask the business first because it might be a fake coupon.
Useless and a scam!! I am unable to log in, yet they are still taking money out of my account Phone number does not work and they dont respond to emails. No way to cancel scam!!
Your app is insanely slow and almost unusable on Android 9! Please test and optimize for app for Android 9. Thanks
Most of the coupons are fakes. Tried to use coupons three separate times and all three times I was told that the coupon was not valid.
I stupidly downloaded this because it had some connect to some local school's fundraising coupon book. It was awful and seems designed to data mine and sell off emails it collects.
Need assistance. Went to register and it says the app is installed but only on the site. How do I get this unlinked from my account??? Please provide how to contact your Tech Support as there is no option to undo this!!
They say the app is free but it isn't. It is free to download but you have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription to use it. THAT DOES NOT MEAN FREE!
How about you be honest upfront about the coupons arent free, additional membership required. W/E I'll be looking forward to adding your email to the spam list
We just received our coupon book and decided to use this app put in our code and none of the coupons that are in the book are available very disappointing
Unable to login to mobile app. No response from tech support. Can login to website through browser fine but unable to redeem mobile coupons.
Purchased this book for $25 and the app is total garbage, doesn't work at all. Please fix it.
Total waste. Went to multiple places that it said the coupons would work and none of them were ever excepted.
App will not let me open. By book every year hearing there are no books anymore. Wont let me purchase on line. App is mud
Shortly after downloading this app, my phone started losing battery power. My phone would shut down when i had 74% left. Verizon checked my battery and it was fine. since this was the last app downloaded it had to be this one. After i deleted I haven't had any problems. Not sure if there is a virus or what the problem is. So keep an eye on your device if you download.
