The app.. crashes alot .. it's so slow and not at all user friendly, I suggest you look at other stores apps and come up with something similar or even better.
They'll take your money and won't deliver anything. Its been 10 days now and I still haven't received anything. They don't answer the text chat feature in their app and when you call them there is a 70% chance they won't reply. When they do they'll give you empty promises. I've been told twice now that they're on their way on two different days. This application is straight fraud as far as I'm concerned.
Pathetic, no response from the customer care for the last 4 days. The delivery date is not mentioned anywhere. Overall pathetic and useless service from SAVECO. if they cannot manage this why they are provide customer service. We very well know the current situation. Still we are asking for a response. Hopeless.... This will be the last time am using this service..
Very bad ..they are late more than expected ( more than 3 weeks to deliver ) and they changed the supplies for the bill to make the total more expensive
Its been 5 days since I placed an order & have not received it yet. Every time I call they say today will get it!! Poor Customer services & no credibility.
Worst experience ever , got online order after 9 days and most of the grocery is replaced and for the missing grocery they give you cash back .(MY ADVICE BETTER BUY FROM A NEARBY CO OP)
Bad service , always get freezing and bad quality products . Not recommend to anyone TSC much better !

Very good services & offers
Too late for delivery it had been three days ago and I didn't take my order yet
Great products, professional staff & very organized app. Also fast home delivery service while on lockdown; delivered 3 days earlier than the date provided unlike the other competitors where you can't find a delivery date. Changed 4 star rating to 5; they provide helping you find the item you need even if isn't available on the app, by sending them a picture to their whatsapp. The only bad thing is you can't edit your cart if you placed an order, just wait for their phonecall to edit the order.
