This upgrade is worse than the last one, format looks dated. Doesn't allow me to stay signed in, so I have to sign in every time. What's the point of checking "remember me" when I have to enter my password every time I log in? What ever happened to the quick balance from the last upgrade? You need to bring that option back. Overall I'm just not happy with the new update. Wish you had left it the way it was.
After last update I keep getting a "app stopped working" message when I reboot my phone. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it fixes the problem. Previous versions were always trouble free. This one isn't.
Worked for a few days then started to malfunction , entered my number for verification code to be sent and it never was . I am now locked out of my account and have been calling member services for a few days and can not get anyone on the line or a call back . Mobile banking does not even give the the option to transfer between accounts. The a.t.m card we were given malfunctioned and had to be reset . All of this after having the account less than 2 months. I will close my account if not resolve
Logs me out every time I click on different transaction 😒 its bad! Its updated but if i need to make changes on transfer activity, the edit option is not available, i need to go to actual computer!!
Asks me to verify my identity for every little thing and then never sends me a text. Always happens when I try to make a transfer. I'm sure it's a "glitch" to prevent me from transferring my money to a bank that doesn't have a pitiful interest rate. If this continues I'll just close my account
Galaxy S10 Update Issues - I loved the app. Unfortunately, a Samsung Update has caused the app to crash and never open. Need a patch for S10 users who can't open the app.
Awful. I've never seen a tech upgrade make a product so much worse. Bring back the old app!
It doesn't work it shows that is downloading and it takes for ever!!! Please fix it.

Ridiculous, I had to delete all apps on my phone to upload the new version to be able to see my accounts
I have had some serious issues with the application lately! I believe that the application is working like Joe Biden/ Harris ticket. Senile and Lies I know my password. Been bought out by China or the thing has China Wuhan Coronavirus.

Don't use it often but it is handy to have. Has always worked well for me.

Not a very refined app. Bad user experience. All the negative comments are spot on. Are the app developers or bank reps reading these comments?

Years later and it's not much better. Multiple crashes. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get anything to work. Even after reinstall it still eventually crashes.
Huge step backwards in terms of user interface. The previous version was easier to use, easier to read, easier to log out. I'm all for more security, as you claim, but this app feels like a crummy beta test to me. Hope there are some solid updates coming because you have ruined this app.
The tech upgrade completely ruined the app and website for me. It is cumbersome and the relevant information is harder to see and find. Makes me want to switch Banks just because the website and the app are horrible! Really one of the worst applications and web programs I have used. The program before was so easy and every time I used it and never had any issue, now it's absolutely horrid. What did you do?
After reading the reviews I was surprised considering the great UX of the previous version. I didn't exactly have an option as I use this bank so I'll have to deal with it. It works, but the UX is terrible compared to the previous version. With all the emails and advertising about the technology upgrade, I expected this to be even better than the last version. Unfortunately it is not as simple and convenient to navigate. You are required to revert back to the main menu AKA the sidebar for just about everything. Previously when accessing an account I could simply choose to transfer money right there, but now I can't.
If I could give negative starts I would. This is the opposite to an upgrade. Nothing works, the validation code is never received, I can't see my balances right away, have useless info in the dashboard, and to top it I can't even see the checks details anymore. If I need something from the bank , I have to actually use my laptop. Awful awful app. Just waiting one more month and then I'm done with it. BTW, the font and background size and color are so pale that you can't even read what's in there. Switching to another one.
