App crashes. Can't give you my money. *update* 2 months later still can't actually make a purchase through app.

The app will not let me place an order. After logging in, I selected "Order", followed by my address (for delivery). Instead of getting the menu, I get the main app screen again. When I try to order again, there is no address even though an address is on file on my profile/account. Already tried clearing the cache, clearing data, restarted phone, uninstall/reinstall, and logging out with no change!

Great Pizza terrible app! Difficult to navigate! App won't save your store, it won't find your nearest location by zip code only with your full address. App kept adding toppings to my pizza which I didn't ask for & weren't there before getting to the checkout page. Once you finally get to the checkout page and discover the order's wrong there's no way to go back & make a change. The only option is to back out and go through the entire lengthy find my store process again. Finally gave up!

Crashes out of the app, when I choose pickup or curbside. I've reset the memory & cache; I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Fire your developers. Curbside option in the app has been busted for months (says it's not available, but didn't crash like it does now).

It worked the first time I used it but now it just crashes. I was excited because I'm finally in a delivery zone, but I absolutely HATE calling to order. I'd rather get food somewhere else than have to call. I know that's a personal issue, but if the app worked it wouldn't be a problem. Please fix it.

The app is terrible. Can't get past the screen where you choose delivery or pick up, keeps going back to the home screen (Pixel 3). Just call the store it will be easier and you'll have less frustration.

Between the app *and* the website, needs a LOT of work. The app can't handle a dine-in order, and if you walk in there's no way to get the Rewards number from the app. You need the Rewards card. And the website has no way to record an order against the Rewards after the fact. Good pizza, but their Thank You Rewards leaves a lot to be desired. :(

Cant even sign up! Finally get it downloaded and I try to sign in with Facebook. Says it cant link but pulls up my info. Start over and sign up with email, says I cant leave birthdate blank, I didnt. On and on issues, 20 minutes later, I quit. Uninstalling. You got robbed from this app developer. Pizza is great, but ordered Dominos bc it was so much easier!

App is horrible. Why does a pizza place need my birthdate and then not let me enter it directly without scrolling through 60 years of calendar pages. Once I finally got everything added, it wouldn't save my registration. Worst dining app I've ever tried to use.

Couldn't order. Everytime I tried to order, it asked for my address. I'd add the address & the app still wouldn't let me order. Had to use the website.

Terrible app. It would not let me get to the point to order anything. We're in the delivery zone because neighbors get it delivered. After trying to make this app work, gave up and ordered from another pizza place.

Can't add a pepperoni pizza to the cart without crashing. I really want to like this app, but it's hard to give it better than one star when I can't actually order a pizza

Terrible app. Can't even check out! Crashes every time. Don't bother with this, just call them and save yourself the stress.

Wow is it ever a project to set the app up.. 15 minutes and it's still not a very friendly app. Couldn't get registered. Decided to eat elsewhere.

No way to order a take and bake pizza with app. It is nonsense that I need to enter a street address just to find the closest store.

Horrible. The app wouldn't let me create an account even though it said create an account. I could start the process but then it would say no such account. This response only makes sense for trying to login in to an account not create an account. I created it by the website. Then I logged in and tried to pick my Reds in Blaine. Well Blaine was not in the app even though the sign on the window at Blaine Red's said download our app. I still can't order pizza unless I drive 13 miles to Fridley

Doesn't allow you to place orders. Immediately crashes when trying to select Pickup or Delivery.

Your app is truly awful. Can't order from local shop. App is constantly saying session expired and telling me I need to log back in. Please fix.

The App is not allowing me to click the "pay" button on my on Samsung Galaxy S20+ phone. Please fix the bugs so Samsung phones can use your App.

Thought it was strange that when ordering from the app, the price of a topping is the same whether on half or all of the pizza. Must be an app issue.

App does not work for Google Pixel 6. Resets to home screen when selecting order type delivery/pickup/curbside, not allowing ordering through app.

App is easy to use and the pizza is the best in town!

I live in Lakeville, mn and the closest Savoy is in Apple valley but it's telling me that the closest store is in Red Wing for delivery or pick up. I'm not wasting my time anymore with this place!

Does not work. Tried multiple installs and different occasions.

Couldn't complete an order without crashing.

App is still under development. Problems connecting to social media.
